Fight from Israel Tel Aviv to
Fight from Israel Tel Aviv to Portugal Lisbon round trip -Long lines waiting for check in at both airports because not possible to do it online -Change of gates at last minutes and the information took time to be updated in both countries airports while updated no information was clear- The flight back from Portugal to Israel with the changes and not clear information took off and left passengers on land still waiting for the call to board - to be back to Israel was need to buy another flight

Avoid Neos
Overpriced useless website horrible customer service easyJet and Aegean cancelled our Flights to Egypt due to high risk zone of conflict They rightly refunded our money However Neos return flight refused a refund of almost 400 as apparently it wasn t their fault for the cancellation Additionally before the cancellation their customer service agent rudely told me they couldn t help when I asked about seating arrangement as there was 3 of us with unknown seating You also can t check in online with them beforehand for many destinations I can only suspect this is because their check in service at airport is dodgy Knew they d be awful to deal with And I was right

The worst experience of no service
The worst experience of no service Firstly representative of Neos didn t let me come on board in really rude way 20 minute before the flight They refused to give me the document about it what is illegally Secondly I can t get my refund 2 month already because the customer service doesn t see proper to answer more often then once in a few weeks So it s better to fly any other company or to go by boat

Terrible air company
My flight was rescheduled several times I bought a direct flight but NEOS added some stops to my flight and my arrival time was significantly moved from the initial one I asked a compensation for all the inconvenience that this rescheduling caused me I bought my tickets in advance and when NEOS decided to change my flights there was no other option rather than accept rescheduling but NEOS rejected my request Terrible air company

If I could give zero I would They don t reply nor have real customer service I tried via social media and nothing I want to take legal action because these people are scammers I was not able to register my luggage never happened before and now I m reading that they ask for an extra tax at the airport I called every possible number and nothing NEVER AGAIN I Travel as a living and I have never had a worse experience almost 400 euros wasted They NEED TO PAY FOR THEIR ACTIONS

They charge an extra tax of 75 per person in cash while in line to check in Cancun otherwise they won t let you fly No other airline does this and airport and migration office staff confirmed to me that this is not an airport thing but a fee by Neos Scammers

Scammed by Neos Awful airline
Got charged 70 euro per person by neos in cancun airport to fly to Rome Not stated anywhere on their website or when we purchased our flights and none of the other airlines were charging this fee Staff were rude and unhelpful and we were told we are not allowed get on the plane unless we pay it Absolute robbery after already paying nearly 900 euro for flights for the two of us
