They lost my luggage on a direct flight I came to Italy for 13 day vacation and now after 6 days I still got nothing nobody answers the phone or emails but in these extraordinary cases when they do they just say we don t know we can t find it

Arriving at the airport I was asked to pay 55 eur in order to be able to fly with them from Cancun to Milan This is the airport tax which was never stated in any of their email Crazy felt like SCAM Then being during covid they just assigned me a seat near an old man while the plane was super empty At the check in I asked them to change the seat and they said they cant since the plane is full which later seemed to be super empty Arriving in the plane there was a delay and since the plane was coming from CUBA many passengers had headphones and were just watching their movies when I asked for a pair they said they will give it after departure- which was 2 hours later time wasted in the end it felt like a bad journey and I wont fly with them again

Crazy tax over a 100 leaving from mexico Then on my way back to mexico as i stayed only a week in italy prior to check luggage in they started to ask me so many questions about my life and did not want to let me in cause i did not have a ticket return to europe and also said you dont have a good profile for a tourist What does that even mean I tried politely to explain that i do live in mexico for the next 6 month and this is my actualReturn or way back to mexico i have a contract of an appartment there that i can show my wife is there and i already been in the country 2 months just over a week ago with a stamped visa approving me for 6 months The person that talked with me was the rudest ever she could perfectly speak english but was talking italian on purpose and was not here to help She made me wait saying i need to check with authorities when my flight was about 1hour about to embark I had no choice but to buy an extra ticket exiting mexico to be able to get in the flight Once purchase was made she barely looked at my exit flight and with an horrible attitude told me ok you can go now what the actual F I ve been travelling all my life never experience anything like it On 2 different flights Do not take this company

I booked the flight with Neos air in August 2021 to go to Zanzibar The flight was cancelled 3 weeks before I should go on holiday I was refunded by only 35 the company still owes me 220 euros

Just got scammed with another 20 passengers yesterday at Malpensa airport by this Neos company they weren t letting you fly to Mexico if you hadn t a return ticket Some passengers who had the economical possibility bought a ticket while others could not fly The staff s a bunch of ignorant and arrogant brats they can hardly speak English and are totally incompetent and disrespectful They must close down this terrible scam as soon as possible UNBELIEVABLE

Worst most ridiculous airline I ve ever flown in mainly because of the people who work for them at the ticket counters at least in Toronto They seem to hire the most unprofessional inefficient staff Had to wait about two hours to check in luggage only counter with such a long line and they loaded our dog on the plane which he had paid for online already only to tell us as we were about to board the plane that actually they don t accept the dog for a ridiculous reason despite the documents we had we had to split up our family on this cross contitental flight were denied boarding and were not even offered a refund or apology for this wasted 2000 flight absolutely unprofessional - how can you load a dog on the plane and then inform us after that you won t fly her We ve flown many times and this has never happened with any other airline They then lost our dog at the airport and continued being rude - NEVER AGAIN stay away I hope the rude YYZ NEOS staff will be fired and replaced with more competent people

Neos lost my bag and there was no one to contact in the US about my lost luggage the luggage was lost at JFK There is no number to call and the email address on their website does not work email gets sent back Do not fly this airline

I had a flight from Milan to Cancun in february and the food was terrible i vomited I asked the personnel on board what i can do the way back they said to order at check in back the diabetic meal cause i have food issues with too much tomato sauce and other stuff they put I asked the Neos through tour operator 3 days before the flight to make diabetic meal for my return and they refuse They take 1700 pesos for nothing as fee for return and now saying that 3 days before the flight is not okay i had to ask 4 days Worst company ever For 1000 euro flight with emirates i get top class service and almost business This company makes me fly without eating at all for 12 hours

I travelled 18 5 23 from Amritsar to Toronto via Milan At Milan airport no arrangements for any food or beverage We paid for Boeing and at Milan we were treated with Air Bus for Toronto Leaving my luggage at Milan I was boarded for Toronto where u missed my luggage with did not received till 24 05 23 Pls stop booking your ticket with NEOS AIRLINES next time which I will do Useless Airline
