I m in love with my Reykjav k sauna
I m in love with my Reykjav k sauna I use it for sports recovery and have really noticed the difference The team gave me great advice I ask a lot of questions haha and put my mind at rest throughout the process

Great service and a great product
Buying a Sauna over the internet is a slightly daunting task The website is good but the most important thing for me was the quality of the service from Neptune Inna Knight responded promptly and helpfully to my questions and concerns The Sauna itself was at least as good as the website suggested and certainly a high quality product It was fairly easy to assemble We did have a carpenter friend help us which made it easier

Great Hot Tub and Service
I purchased a hot tub which was delivered by Neptune from Estonia to Bulgaria without problems The pre and post purchase service has been exemplary - fast and efficient in response to any queries I have had The tub is great and I am enjoying it regularly Recommend this company

Oslo sauna
I bought a sauna Oslo model with Neptune Sauna last summer First of all When you request some informations Neptune Sauna is calling you directly to explain you the differences between saunas and equipement to tailor your needs I thought it was very good customer care to take the time to call me and explain every details I received the kit perfectly packed the quality of all the parts is of very high standard I had a couple of issues regarding pieces that were not the correct ones but Inna Knight from Neptune took really good care of it and had the new parts sent in no time The only complain I have would be about the building manual the explanations are not very precise and are very generic This being said it s quite logical and Neptune Sauna s team was really helpful Inna was always there to answer any question You will need to have some tools and hand crafting experience though The customer service is very good I am now using my Oslo sauna for about 4 months and the quality is excellent the wood fired stove is fantastic and it s also very beautiful It s not a cheap Chinese wood thingy but a true strong and high quality Nordic Sauna with wood fired stove and you can tell the difference I highly recommend Neptune Sauna and it s dedicated team who was super responsive I give 5 stars
