Coming from Denmark the prices and what you re getting for these in Germany are crazy and I wish that I could ve kept my Danish number This was unfortunately not the case and I had to find a German provider which ended up being Telefonika Debitel For now I am very happy it has only been a month and negative aspects are to be blamed on the German market not the company itself although it would be refreshing with someone who would start a change

I have been using mobilcom-debitel for almost 6years now and have never had any problem with them even when i don t pay my monthly amount they just sent me a reminder sms and have never cut of my line or internet connection because i did not pay as other providers do I have also recommend many others and they are very happy with the services of mobilcom

Very kind call center operators They took the time to understand the problem And solved everything within a couple of hours Great customer service And an amazing price if you don t buy Smartphones Just a simple plan with a monthly contract And it has EU-ROAMING included in the price No need for a two-year obligation I would recommend it to everyone
