From start to finish the whole Nettleton experience has been a pleasure From initially attending the wonderfully decorated showroom and meeting the sales execute Paul to the furnishings being delivered and fitted no hassle no worries just 100 satisfaction We first had the challenge of finding a built in wardrobe to fit without having to have a custom made unit at considerable expense But Paul carried out rigorous research and found the perfect solution It was promptly ordered within budget with a generous discount The order came prior to the original delivery date which was yet another bonus The delivery drivers fitters were very professional prompt coming up with a quick fix solution to my inaccuracy in measurements The furniture is pure quality with the same grade of customer service throughout Thank YouNettletons Mr C Zemlik

Fantastic service We can highly recommend this company We experienced problems with our G Plan suite and the two Pauls at Nettletons bent over backwards to resolve the matter They told us that customer satisfaction is their top priority and they certainly proved it Nettletons at Horbury would be my first port of call for any future purchases Thank you

Fantastic Service from start to finish Symone was the the lovely lady who assisted us She left us to look around and was always on hand if we needed assistance We changed our mind many many times and she was lovely and patient She demonstrated how different settees would look and ordered us samples so we could check at home We returned the next week and choose a totally one Excellent selection of high quality products and the first port of call if we require any new furnishings

Large store with huge choice helpful friendly knowledgeable employees I liked we weren t pressured into making a decision the aftercare of the products purchased was explained fully Julie was really great and allowed me yo take the sample fabric home overnight to make my colour choice

Visited for the first time to potentially purchase a suite Our experience was 5 star throughout The sales assistant was very knowledgeable no pressure to buy she left us to look at the various options and fabrics The choice of furniture is great from traditional to modern styles We felt extremely confident enough to buy there and then and would highly recommend and will be visiting again All prices visible are shown on their website where some other Yorkshire reputable retailers have no prices and state POA which is not helpful and has lost them our sale

W T Nettleton has a good reputation and a good customer following always the sign of quality customer care and fairness My wife and I visited the store in Horbury near Wakefield to look for a living room suite and we were not disappointed There was a variety of suites to choose from and we could wander around the two floor levels uninhibited When we finally decided on the right suite we were treated with care and consideration by a very knowledgeable salesperson We thoroughly recommend W T Nettleton to anyone

Brilliant service and knowledge
Visited Nettleton s hoping to get some honest advice to help us choose a new bed we certainly weren t disappointed Good range of beds on display but the real benefit was Ian s advice and his obvious and welcome experience especially compared to some national companies Ian provided clear advice when we needed it explained the differences between the mattresses and left us time to properly try out the beds The end result - yes we bought from Nettleton s and would do so again
