Charging 7 99 to return a hat
I ordered a New York Yankee SnapBack The hat fits like it s almost a youth SnapBack I have tons of new era SnapBack hats that I ve bought elsewhere and fit really good Now I want to return the hat but New Era is charging me 7 99 to return it This is my first time buying directly from New Era and it will be my last

Order cancelled abruptly after waiting three weeks
I ordered on 12 16 and paid for expedited shipping 2-4 days because I wanted to give the hat as a Christmas gift AFTER my order processed I got a message saying my order would be delayed due to higher than normal volume On January 4 I still had not received the order nor any update about its status I emailed the company asking for an update and told them that I was disappointed that I paid for expedited shipping when the order wasn t even going to be processed for weeks The next day January 5 I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and I would be issued a refund I just wanted an update and for them to ACTUALLY expedite my order They didn t offer any explanation or apology The email just said YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELEDOrder US 8417 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded

Stay away from these thieves
Stay away from these thieves I wish I would have read the reviews before placed my order I paid 15 dlls for the 2-4 days ground shipping cause I needed the items fast I received the order after 15 days and I send it back cause no longer needed I was aware of the 7 95 charge for the shipping return that would be deducted from my refund and on top of that they took another extra 35 dlls for no reason

I should have read the dozens of negative reviews about their business practices for the last few months before ordering Ordered on December 19th with expedited shipping and still no tracking information no responses from the several emails I ve sent and the only phone number to them isn t even working You would think a professional company like this would handle this better than a small company but nope

I made a purchase on 12 13 hoping it would arrive before Christmas Unfortunately two weeks have passed without any updates on my order Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and email I haven t received any responses This experience is disappointing as I initially believed New Era Cap was a reputable brand At the very least communicate delays with your customers

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WE REQUESTED A REFUND DUE TO THE HAT NOT FITTING REQUESTING REFUND INSTRUCTIONS WENT SMOOTHLY QUICK RESPONSE VIA EMAIL HOWEVER ONCE WE SENT THE HAT BACK WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND NOR HAVE WE HAD ANY RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS SENT REQUESTING AN UPDATE FEDEX SHOWS THE HAT HAS BEEN IN FACTS DELIVERED TO THE COMPANY AT THIS POINT I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK AS WELL AS PAYPAL FOR FRAUD NEW ERA CAP IS HONESTLY THE BIGGEST SCAM WHO EVER OWNS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FACEED WITH SOME KIND OF CRIMINAL CHARGES DUE TO FRAUD BEING A HUGE ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY

I made 3 consecutive orders on December 11th 12th 13th and I my items have not been shipped or refunded This company will take your money and not send your order and when you email them you will receive and automated artificial intelligence reply with nothing to help you with your order I have been wearing New Era hats all my life but I will never purchase from them again and I honestly urge you not to deal with them Deal with Mitchell and Ness or any other company please YOU HAVE BEEN HONESTLY AND FAIRLY WARNED I WISH I KNEW EARLIER

They don t give you what you paid for
Ordered from them for Christmas gifts and placed the order on December 14th didn t receive the order until January 3rd and received it with a hat missing I ve emailed them 5 times with no response they have their phone line down so you can t call and no one will reply to my emails I m at the point of just accepting they took money off me and didn t give me my product because I don t know what else to do

Dont purchase if you expect a product and dont pay expedited
JAN 2ND STILL NOT RECEIVED I ordered items and paid for expedited shipping only to never receive the items I ve tried calling what a joke nobody answers emailing takes 4 days to reply and when they do it s automated Facebook messenger no reply I swear NEVER AGAIN I wish there was a NEGATIVE ZERO STAR DON T BUY FROM THEM DIRECT ITS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
