Vulgar thieves without dignity

I asked to be refunded for 3 August 2020 round trip Bangkok-Phuket flights canceled by this company of thieves due to Covid till now without any results They only offered a voucher which I declined After 3 years still waiting for my money Now they no longer respond to my requests I wish these thieves to spend my money on medicine

Nok Air charged baggage fees for connecting flights

Nok Air is the only airline I ve ever flown that charges you a baggage fee PER CONNECTING FLIGHT Thus in addition to paying its already exorbitant baggage fees I had to pay it twice because I had a layover in Bangkok None of this is advertised or disclosed that I saw On top of this the customer service was horrible because the agents are unable to explain the baggage policies either because they couldn t speak English well enough or they just didn t understand the airline s baggage policy Bottom line You may think you re saving money flying with NokAir but if you are flying with any bags save your time and money and fly a different airline

Do Chargeback to get refund

NokAir wants 45 working days excluding weekends and national holidays to process refunds for cancelled flights This is too long time Contact your bank for a chargeback like I did which will cause damage to NokAir This is the only way they learn It did not take me 45 working days to pay for the tickets they cancelled and so it should not take them 45 working days to issue the refund Scam company Use AirAsia instead

They cancelled our flight mid december 2022 and we were supposed to get a refund after maximum 45 working days Now at the end of march we still haven t heard from them They don t respond to emails or us writing directly to their support online

Consulted a nok air agent before I made my booking The agent assured my that there were no weight limits for having a dog as bagage I even informed them that my dog and its crate weighed 36 KG When I was about to check in I was informed there was a 30 KG limit so they turned me away 2 months later they have not responded to 3 emails and is now blocking the option to send emails via their contact formula on their website when the sender is on a Danish IP

Still waiting for my refund of 141 after 45 working days Now I discover this airline is actually bankrupt and shouldn t be illegal for them to sell tickets if they can t provide actually provide the service they are selling Never book NOK airlines

Nok is another Spirit Air - they d charge for oxygen if they could In a place where backpackers are the norm they ve decided to charge people for the weight of their carryons I won t EVER give them my money again You get 7kg for your carryon and then you paid 1200 Thb for every 20kg after that My family of 6 is traveling Thailand so we all took backpacks that would be free carryons on all other airlines The over weight charges cost me as much as the cheap tickets Spend your money with a different airline

NOK airlines does not refund for cancelled flights

My flight with NOK airlines was cancelled by the airline I asked for a refund then the return flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok was rescheduled which did not suit me again I asked for a refund This was 14 11 23 and return 16 11 23 Now end of December 23 I have no refund even I contacted airline several times A total stuff up never book NOK again

Rude and aggressive staff very old aircraft and no safety no comfortable seat even on business class Most complained airline company in the world yes its cheap but doesnt deserve 1 There is no way to that You can not complain or contact with someone who is in charge most of the staff doesnt speak english Never book again
