Products vary widely from their samples and example pictures Very poor customer experience unfortunately
To our big surprise Noremax delivered a Bamboo product that deviated widely from the expectations created with the samples in the showroom and the pictures on social channels Specifically a completely different color and very prononced patterns On top of that we ve received fronts with wood fillers and a crack Their claims department will tell you that they can take no responsibility for any deviations of natural products It s understandable that natural products can show some deviation but what they delivered to us is not even close and truly heartbreaking for such a large order and with the kitchen suposed to be the centerpiece of your home The big issue here is that their sales rep in the Amsterdam office did not manage our expectations I can only suspect that their sales team is incentivised to sell and not to limit returns We are really not the type of customer to complain but by any objective measure this product is so far off from what we thought we had bought that we cannot reasonably be expected to swallow this The experience with the claims department is unpleasant they refuse to talk to you and point to their terms conditions on their website and only communicate by email at that stage All-in-all a very unhappy customer and unfortunately we need to recommend people to be very diligent before placing an order with Noremax

Embarrassingly poor communication and
Embarrassingly poor communication and customer service 9 weeks after our payment of the order we still had not heard anything from Noremax and we them contacted by mail and call without picking up A week goes by before we even get a reply from them saying they will look into our case We write again and again for a response until we are told that our order is delayed which it already is at this point On Tuesday 10 1 we are informed that our delivery is just about to be dispatched However this does not happen as they find a fault in their production We now get a new date 18 1 which is later corrected to 19 1 Since we don t get any tracking information WE contact them again Now the message is that they dropped our delivery when it was supposed to be shipped New date for shipment is now 26 1 Because apparently it takes them 1 week to check if something happened to the stuff they dropped They have now twice made a mistake in production or dropped our goods - this sounds very unfortunate and unbelievable Noremax has a delivery time from Norway to Sweden of 14-21 days in addition to their delay They have refused to send our goods by express even though their delivery company offers this We still have no idea when we will receive our goods and are extremely disappointed with the whole process communication and their handling of the matter An order that has cost more than 110 000 SEK should not be treated like this We do not recommend anyone to use Noremax Update 24 1 Our things are still not on the way

Paypal saved my Money with this Vendor
Order Process was smooth picked one of the three colours available from the Germany store - then had been asked to provide a colour code from a choice of paint companies which I already thought was odd Then got myself those required colour samples and finally chose a code only to learn that I have to pick one of the three of the website which was the first thing I did They did agree to cancel my order and issue a refund and I did want to order again but waited for the money to be refunded before placing a new order It was the smart thing to do as they never issues the refund after another 6 weeks I followed up and didn t get an answer regarding the refund after another two weeks of disputing via email which includes Noremax un-cancelling my order I realized that I had used paypal and that they have advanced customer protection offerings - and indeed after reviewing my claims PayPal decided in my favour and refunded the money Due to my experience I would strongly suggest to stay away from this company

Poor quality for an expensive price
Noremax wanted to repair their production error but when we received fronts the same production default was here Even if they assured us that they previously checked Even more to send fronts to noremax we had to spend our own money to carry upstairs and downstairs 165 kg of 2 70 meters fronts store out of measure wooden creat and wrap it all I am happy for those who did not have any troubles with noremax but be informed that if you do noremax will not listen to you or provide you with a commercial gesture and you will wait for more then a year to make your wardrobe I saw many negative reviews before summer time and now they all suddenly disappeared Unfortunately in our case Noremax did not want to repair their production error the way we would like or the way any serious company would do and therefore we will have to ask for help consumer protection department To add after Noremax reply I haven t agreed to receive twice fronts with production default This is not a duplicate review since after sending fronts back the problem persisted and without any real compensation from noremax to repair the error We as a valued customer should not spend any money and should not pay for noremax errors or production defaults We should not speak for more then 7 months with your claim department etc And we should get adequate compensation for all this troubles and it is our right as a consumer that noremax unfortunately doesn t respect Production defects can happen but please take the responsibility for it Respect your customer I do not see any respect in the reply

Poor quality poor consulting and poor customer service
We had ordered new door fronts for our IKEA Faktum kitchen for our office kitchenette and sought advice from the consultant in Berlin We sent drawings of the existing kitchen to the consultant with all the dimensions of the existing IKEA units She then prepared the order for us We wanted a special height but the width was to remain the standard IKEA width Unfortunately the new doors then arrived with the wrong width because the nominal size 30 cm was cut instead of the actual size approx 29 5 cm This means that the two 30 cm doors have no gap and are therefore too large for the 60 cm wide cabinets from IKEA The consultant apologized and said we could make a complaint It has now been 5 weeks and I have not yet received a refund In addition we also had to complain about the lower fronts as after three weeks the paint on the thinnest edge of the recessed grip Instyle model was coming off on several fronts Here too I have not yet received a refund The consultant in Berlin who we contacted first says she can t do anything and we have to go through the claims department However this only consists of an e-mail address without the name or telephone number of an agent It is very frustrating and we are highly dissatisfied with the quality of the advice the quality of the products and the customer service We would not order from Noremax again

Damaged fronts damaged exchange no answers from support
We ordered kitchen fronts for around 10k and already paid them at the order start with PayPal They arrived late after 6months but ALL except 5 had damaged paint PayPal refund possibility was already not possible anymore at this point We already wrote to Noremax s customer service and started the claim process It always took around two weeks to get answers Now we did not receive any answers since start of May and are wondering if they are just ignoring us They did confirm in one mail that it all was productions fault but did not say anything if when and how we get an exchange Please do not buy anything at this company They are not reliable and do not offer the quality they promise on their pageUpdate 30Aug We did receive an full exchange 11Aug We unpacked 8 fronts 5 of them were damaged again Paint was missing they had scratches looks like somebody scratched the old paint of with harsch sandpaper We reported that the same day and told them that we wont continue unpacking all of them again as out sample showed that it was like the first time And now we are waiting for answers again and don t get them It is almost 1 year now since ordering and paying and this company was not able do deliver anything nearly acceptable yet

Stay away from Noremax
Stay away from Noremax Ordered for 4000Euro kitchen panels in 2021 at Noremax Sweden to upgrade our Ikea kitchen and after 2 months the paint started to chip of We are 2 years later and now we have to replace all the panels At the Noremax factory in Norway they do not use water resistant MDF and omit to apply a water resistant primer During months I tried to find a solution After 6 months I send them some panels from Belgium to Sweden at my own expense so they could see from themselves At the beginning they tried to blame it on unpacking the goods in an improper way Many mails later they replied this is the expected wear and tear and that their panels are not suited to be used in a humid environment So be warned stay away from this company Unless you are sure the panels are not manufactured in their factory in Scandinavia Call me at 0032473967054 if you want to receive pictures of the panels and a copy of our correspondence My name is Frank Van Passel
