Completely exceeded my expectation of this Budget Airline on a international flight to USA and back Great service clean planes that ran on schedule we actually arrived half an hour early on the first flight

Best airline CPH to London

I fly to the UK from Copenhagen about every 6-8 weeks have tried most routes and airlines Norwegian is easily the best value for money They have a very new fleet of Boeing 737-800s several with the new Sky interior nearly all with free satellite-linked wifi New planes simple efficient service and assigned seats for the same price as Easyjet most often with whom I hate to fly because the walk at CPH to the Go terminal is long finding a seat is like having a fight etc Would recommend without reservation for those travelling between Denmark and Central London best combined with the GatwickExpress train direct to London Victoria

Unreasonably bad comments on TrustPilot

Ok people I am a frequent passenger of NAS and I think most of the reviews here are totally unreasonable especially referring to covid-19 and refunds Norwegian airplane are always fresh and well maintained both ground and cabin staff are friendly Customer service overall could improve but it is far better than any other low cost airline TRAVELLING AND REFUNDS I had my trip to Barcelona cancelled back in April due to covid and I just received refund the other week I never contacted customer service but just patiently waited and got money back in May P S Please stop booking tickets with broker agencies and then blaming airline for not giving you support ALWAYS book tickets directly from an Airline no matter which one

I use Norwegian every time possible

I use Norwegian every time possible I travel 2-3 times a year so it s good price everything works and I also use bank norwegian card so at least I get my baggages for free everytime rewards Love it

Great experience - LGW to Malaga return Busy flight but clean plane generous seat pitch I am 6ft and WiFi worked well Flights on time On return my boys had chance to have photo In cockpit Will use again

Great given the circumstances

I have never flown with Norwegian however they handled the refund for my cancelled flight due to Covid-19 swiftly and efficiently given the circumstance I was told my flight in June was cancelled with plenty of notice They informed me I was entitled to a refund They asked for my patience They then told me that my refund was being processed and when to expect it I received my refund It took a bit of time but given the circumstance it was a smooth process and I didn t need to do much except be patient My outbound flight was with WestJet who have been the complete opposite non-communicative rude unhelpful and I am still waiting despite it being months since cancellation I will fly with Norwegian in future

Good experience for first time

Everything was seem ok for me when use this airline for first time Nice staff easy on board no checking ticket on plane s gate like stupid Ryanair i still use Ryanair but just don t like that checking Will use again

We had a few trips to the US cancelled this year as we plan ahead Norwegian are the only airline who proactively contacted us to say our flight was cancelled and offered us extra vouchers or an actual money back refund button No other airline we have dealt with offered an electronic press of the button for a refund We got the refund within days We are meanwhile still battling Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays for another flight and can t get through to them at all We booked Norwegian direct and wouldn t hesitate to use them again for customer service and prices for the non stop Orlando route We hope they can offer the service again in future as we will be on it
