REFUSES TO REFUND FAULTY PRODUCT
Purchased a mattress that was delivered on January 28th and as of this review has yet to fully inflate Followed all the rules did what I was told and nothing have been fighting for almost 3 months to get my refund back I have a total of 60 messages they try to talk in circles they deposited the money in a wire transfer supposedly to a bank that I don t even bank at unfortunately when I called that bank I spoke to the supervisor of the wire transfer department and she put my routing number of my account in there and nothing came up because there was no wire transfer for me to a bank that I don t bank at there is not a federal wire transfer number in their system because it was never sent but this company keeps saying they sent it they sent me a snapshot so small and it couldn t even be enlarged I have requested numerous times to send me a bigger copy it has been refused This company is also authorized to give me my refund back on my original charge card on which the mattress was purchased through the merchant services department and guess what they have refused they asked me to open up a PayPal account I did that then they went ahead and deposited my money in a bank where I don t even bank at this company has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau for doing this to Consumers when they have a faulty product I will make sure as a consumer cuz I work my ass off for my 297 that I will file every negative review in regards to their refund department against this company this is absolutely BS this is what I get for dealing with the company in China
