The mattress is perfect for the price I ve paid The support service was good as I couldn t find the website stated in the leaflet that came with the mattress and they gave me all the necessary instructions to keep my warranty of 10 years I hope I do not regret my review

Fedex marked my mattress as delivered but it was nowhere to be found I contacted Novilla and filed a case at Fedex The mattress was never found but Aring promptly sent me a replacement It feels great and I m happy with it
