The matress and pillows i bought from Novilla far exceeded my expectations The pillows are the best I have ever had The matress is comparable to name brand that cost 3 times as much customer service prompt and helpful with no hassle very happy here

The customer service that Aring provided was just above and beyond I had an issue with my purchase and Aring responded to my e-mails not only with promptness but extremely professional and friendly and solved my issue right away Very very pleased

Mattress perfect for the price
The mattress is perfect for the price I ve paid The support service was good as I couldn t find the website stated in the leaflet that came with the mattress and they gave me all the necessary instructions to keep my warranty of 10 years I hope I do not regret my review

Fedex marked my mattress as delivered but it was nowhere to be found I contacted Novilla and filed a case at Fedex The mattress was never found but Aring promptly sent me a replacement It feels great and I m happy with it
