Hi I just purchased a 10 inches bliss mattress and my second transaction from this company I would say this was too firm for me that why I give it 4 stars The bliss 12 inches is perfect for me But my partner loves it the perfect firm makes him sleep well as soon as he lay down on it He sleeps side or facing on the bed most of the time Maybe this will help other folks who love sleeping in the same position This product is great to try I am great that I insisted to bought bliss 10 inches for my partner now no more loud snoring background Sleep is very important and I highly recommend this product

Love the mattress hybrid however one of the queen mattresses I purchased did not expand to its requirements I could not return it to them but they gave me a 70 refund

I bought a Novilla mattress top after buying one for my grandson His was great I slept on it for 21 days When I got home from my visit I decided to get one for my bed My top did not inflate like the other one I text Customer service and they got right back with me through email After many tries trying to make it inflate and sleeping on it for 30 days it still didn t work The company sent me a new mattress top and so far it is great No complaints

The Novilla hybrid mattress is a great value It s a little firm which I like but not overly so The price is unbeatable and it contains no fiberglass The only issue is shipping You have no ability to select shipping company and FedEx in the metro Atlanta area is the worst It will take 3-4 times longer than you anticipate just a heads up if you re located in that area

Had a slight inconvenience with a mattress I got from them and overall the issue was resolved with little to no issue 1 star is missing because it was all email-based communication and speaking on the phone would have cut the time down drastically Solid company either way

Worth every penny
Initially the mattress was too soft however as it had time to breathe and expand it quickly became an amazing mattress especially considering the price Customer service was extremely great as well They want to help and assist as much as they can and are very responsive I definitely recommend this company and hope to see continued growth Great product
