I am very pleased with this mattress

I am very pleased with this mattress I have the 12 inch Bliss I had a back pain from my previous mattress that has disappeared It didn t disappear immediately but over the course of a month sleeping on this mattress it has gone It is a lovely combination of soft and firm

Exactly what I was looking for

Exactly what I was looking for Very good mattress and very comfortable I love it great customer service and very fast shipping and also really easy to put on the frame you don t need much help I did it myself thank you very much for a good night sleep after 10 years of having back problems this bed made my day I really recommend it and a very affordable price

Customer service is great

I haven t purchased my mattress yet but I inquired about the materials their mattresses are made of specifically fiberglass I was happy to find out they removed it after finding out it can be harmful I look forward to purchasing a mattress tomorrow Thank you to Aring for going above and beyond with the information provided in the customer service response and for getting back to me so quickly

The Novilla mattress had great reviews

The Novilla mattress had great reviews as to why we decided to purchase our mattresses and have them delivered We have always bought from a brick and mortar but didn t have a great outcome We had a lot of pain every night with the previous mattresses but from day 1 after the 72 hours we haven t had any back pain and sleep all night Absolutely the firmness and softness we both needed Great support with one issue but they took care of it very quickly Would buy from again in future for our guest room Thanks Novilla

Great Customer Serivce

The mattress was too firm for me but the customer service was exceptional They went out of their way to provide different options and made sure I was happy with the resolution Their communication was always timely friendly and helpful I couldn t have asked for more

We use the 2inch Ultra Soft Mattress Toppers in our Rv s The mattress in both of our trailers are lot more comfortable now Great addition for our Trailers Queen size fit perfectly

I purchased a Novilla topper recently

I purchased a Novilla topper recently It arrived in good condition and we placed it on our king sized bed according to the directions from the manufacturer We slept on it as instructed but did not see the benefit hoped for We contacted the seller to return the product per the sales agreement The person with whom we dealt was very helpful and resolved our issue without any delay I do not believe my situation is any negative reflection on this product It is well made It just didnt work for me I would recommend this product be given a test try to see if would work for you Thanks Novilla for a great experience

Update after 9 months This amazing product and price

I have been using the mattress for almost a year now 12-inch bliss was perfect for those who want a medium-firm bed When I receive it no odor and just follow the instruction before I start using it with my amazing sleep the price is totally worth it The cover also provided me a cool feeling every night So far I didn t use any mattress cover protection I had used a microfiber fitted sheet and it s perfectly balanced every night and day when I lay down But I used a comforter during winter for extra warmth all night The customer service is amazing they always provide a quick answer to any question that I have They re easy to communicate with I didn t have any problem so far I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to get a great sleep

Novilla has the best customer service

Novilla has the best customer service They care about any issues and are extremely willing to make it right The Mattress we have is very comfortable for the price we paid I would definitely put Novilla in the category of Great value for a very reasonable price I would highly recommend this company

king size mattress

I bought a king size mattress and one side did not inflate fully we bought a 12 inch and one side was 12 the other was 10 we have had it about a month now we reached out to novilla and Aring contacted us right away with solutions and we chose what was best for us they really have great customer service and no long wait The bed is very comfortable and we decided to keep it and add a piece of memory foam to the lower side so it looks good although both sides are very comfortable one is a little firmer so it has worked out fine i would order from them again
