We have a Novilla mattress in our home and decided to put one in our beach house as it is so comfortable When placing the order we were concerned about the mattress being delivered when we were away Customer Service got involved and offered to expedite our order It was shipped in 1day So nice to work with a responsive company

Great product

Ordered a queen size mattress and after several days it had not expanded as it should have I contacted customer service and they responded quickly They asked me for pictures which I sent and they were very apologetic and fixed the problem by sending me another mattress This was the best customer service I have ever dealt with and I am enjoying my new mattress Kudos to Gabrielle Definitely recommend this company

I was blown away by the outstanding customer service provided by Novilla and my agent Gabrielle specifically My issue was taken care of so promptly and so thoroughly Gabrielle made me feel heard and was eager to make things right We LOVE our mattress topper and have already told other people about it SUPER impressed with this company with their incredible products and with my amazing agent Gabrielle

I was not that excited about my

I was not that excited about my mattress when I first got it I contacted them and they told me to give it a week or so glad I did because now I do like it I can sleep on my side and it doesn t make my hips hurt at all I think I sleep better on it that my regular mattress If I wanted to return it etc they would be happy to do that as well They responded quickly and they followed up to see how everything was a few times I would recommend them for sure

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was afraid that since I had a problem with the item I ordered I was stuck with something I couldn t use I did not have to be afraid I received a quick response and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that I had received my refund They made my experience a good one
