Not a 12 inch mattress

I ordered a 12 inch queen mattress but unfortunately it only inflated to 10 5 inches I worked with Aring who helped come to a solution We ended up compensating the difference since shipping the fully inflated mattress would have been a hassle Of course no one wants issues with their order but they made coming to a solution very stress free

Super quick support

I got my replacement super quick Gabrielle from Novilla team was awesome She communicated well about the ptoblems i have using the mattress and immediately ordered a replacement I removed one star because of the actually quality of mattress My first mattress was hybrid and within few months it became completely unusable with hip pains Now iam using the memory foam bliss and this thing is god send

Happy Customer

Very pleased with our purchase 12 Hybrid Mattress expanded quickly and had no chemical odor Our guest commented in the morning that the bed was extremely comfortable and she had a wonderful night s sleep I did have to reach out to support regarding a minor shipping question and they were very responsive Great customer service

Well FANTASTIC

Well what an experience I have had the 2 nights I ve slept on my Novilla mattress It s a king size med firm and I m here to tell you that either my old mattress was a sad tale or this new one is FANTASTIC I obviously need to give it another week or two but I can t imagine it would be less than perfect Thank you to the mattress makers

Excellent customer service

I ordered a mattress topper for my lady friend as a Christmas gift I overlooked or perhaps discarded an order confirmation Got concerned after a few days and called customer service ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC service The customer service team got on it and stated they would look into the issue and get back to me within 24 hrs they responded within 10 mins expedited my order and it is on the way Good customer service is becoming more and more a thing of the past These folks are WONDERFUL

Best sleep ever

Most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on We were concerned that it would take us a few nights weeks to get used to the new mattress but bam first night we were out like a light Slept all night and woke up without any body aches Perfect for however you sleep 10 10 highly recommend Excellent customer service

Like many others we are real fans of Novilla mattresses We have three of them and receive lots of compliments from overnight guests Their customer services have always been very helpful too and though we had to wait a bit for our last mattress it was well worth the wait
