Yes but

Very excited to see what else they have in store However I am pretty disappointed by their job bank which is one of the 3 prized benefits of membership and induction It has no jobs representing my field in therapy In fact therapy counseling psychology isn t even listed on the profile options I had to put myself under social services and health care none of which accurately represent my field Since the job bank is one of the primary reasons for joining this is very disappointing

I am very concerned

I am very concerned I purchased a 2-day professional development training and made an extreme effort to interact and I attended each session for the entire day I did not earn credit for each session because we were told that there were technical difficulties We were told that the credit would be added after the technical team reads and reviews the chat and or help section I did not earn credit which I needed for professional development

My stole had a hole in it and it was noticeable For the price that is not great

Checkout system errors

The checkout system kept messing up and I had to re add items several time before I was able to successfully buy my items and the website ended up deleting one of the items I wanted

The service for connecting with members and getting them to enroll was efficient There could have been more clarity in communicating the total cost of joining the NSLS I am still optimistic about my future correspondence with the NSLS and look forward to seeing and hearing all the product offering of the global group

At first I was really excited when my daughter got an offer to join then I called and found out it was going to cost money and got a little skeptical thinking it was a scam but after reading all these reviews and speaking to an amazing person and customer service Shaquille over the phone I am hoping this will be an amazing experience for my daughter and she ll get a lot out of it hoping to be able to come back in and give a five star review
