I ve tried to learn to code for years but struggled with keeping up the motivation Nucamp has given me a structure that is flexible but keeps me accountable and I ve learned so much in the past couple of months The instructors are knowledgeable and so willing to see you succeed the content is bite sized and the challenges give you enough confidence to figure out what you may not know It s an amazing bootcamp and it s not going to bankrupt you to do it

If you are not a do-it-100 -yourself learner Nucamp may be the cheapest yet most corporate culture simulating and personable bootcamp you may find The course video and text content is in the process of being updated to support the latest software versions So some trial and error is required to get node working outside of the instructions Though not supported Linux users can piece together instructions from Windows and MacOS to do it on Linux Use nvm to install node Recommended

I always wanted to learn code since I was getting into college and after Just different career opportunities came along the way and I never got to it I saw Nucamp when researching Bootcamp s Nucamp had really good reviews and also worked really well with my schedule as I have a full time job and a Family with 2 little ones Even at that I wondered if I could pull the trigger on it financially and mentally After speaking with a counselor or recruiter they eased my mind and Nucamp s payment otpions really are great and make it afforable witht he loan options Going throw the first step which was Web Development Fundamental 4 week course was challenging since I really didn t know much about code But the videos curricuelum and instructior we had really made it easier to learn from square one to the end That being said I still have a ton to learn and coding is no joke There is a lot to it and I know I just scratched the surface with the Web-Dev 4 week course I highly recommend doing this course if you have no experience in coding It really lays the foundation down which is html You need to know that before you go into anything else I m going to the Full stack next in about 3 weeks I fully believe I will go through the Web-Dev fundamental curriculum again to get as much practice as possible before the Full Stack starts What do I aspire to achieve after the Bootcamps the path in the coding industry is still a little unclear but I love sports and I love golf nowadays So It would be great to get into a company such as Taylormade Cobra Callaway etc in there web design branch That would be the dream I also I know that the tech industry is not going anywhere and really any path I can get my foot into will be a sustainable job and I can branch with more experience once I get my foot in the door I look forward to the next step in the Full Stack and can t wait to see where this journey takes me

I wanted to switch careers as a software developer and so far I feel like everything I have learned so far has been beneficial to me in my new upcoming career I hope to continue to take more courses with nucamp and get job placement as a junior developer soon

Nucamp web dev course is amazing I learned so much in the 4 weeks it took me to graduate can t wait to enter the full stack course to further my learning amazing professors class mates everyone is always super helpful and attentive when you get stuck

This bootcamp has jumpstarted a very special process for me and my career path I am 24 working as a line cook right now and had no idea what this course would teach me I am paycheck-to-paycheck and I needed to find a career that wasn t too far-out for me to obtain While this bootcamp requires your best attention span and work ethic it is SO rewarding and worth it to push through You will be amazed at the things you learn here It will open up a new part of your brain you didn t know you could utilize Coding is kind of like a puzzle and once you figure out how to solve it there is no greater payoff than that I would 100 recommend this to anyone looking for that big shift in their life Now I can properly construct a portfolio to reach out to local tech companies for a junior position Then every step after that is just apart of the bigger plan One thing after the other But you have to take that first step You will be glad you went with NuCamp

Great courses at Nucamp I ve already completed two of them and what s awesome is that you get to study at your own pace and have a weekly lesson to reinforce what you learned There s also their discord if you ever need assistance

My reason for going with Nucamp was the cost of the bootcamp After getting into the bootcamp I seen so many other amazing reason to choose Nucamp If anyone you know or even for yourself is looking for a bootcamp to join you wouldn t go wrong with joining Nucamp The amount of help you receive is great its like no one gets left behind at any time you have a whole network of others students and staff that could help you out My Instructor was one of the best he really wanted everyone in my class to make it to the need and graduate from the class
