The van we hired arrived on time ish but they collected it a day late A few electrical faults with the van but otherwise ok The real problem started when we returned the van we got an email saying all was well and they would return the 1 000 deposit with 7-10 working days So far we ve made 4 phone calls and several emails and still don t have it over 2 months later I ve written an email today saying I ll leave the matter in the hands of my Solicitors I d never use these people again and I d advise you not to too much hassle

Absolutely awful - Stay away from these clowns Avoid the regret and book with a professional company that follows up on its obligations Left high and dry after the co cancelled on us last minute Very little time to organise an alternative Is this is a deposit holding company rather than a vehicle rentals company Edit- Rang their customer services line- dont waste your time extremely rude and cut you off without offering any assistance

AVOID AND NEVER USE More daylight has been shed on this scam company BBC Watchdog broadcasted that the vans never turn up and the impossibility of getting your deposit returned as well as lying on their website about the companies they work closely with Watch from 1 33 on the 23 10 24 episode of The One Show on the iPlayer NVR pretend that these are isolated and only recent incidents almost out of character but a scan of these reviews shows that this malpractice is their modus operandi and has been going on for years They have also recently taken down their Facebook and Google Reviews as they too are so appalling and shocking If they do turn up my experience is that they are late causing further stress This is the reality of this company money at all costs without a scintilla of care for how they affect people s lives

Please do not use this company The vehicle was in bad condition and now struggling to get my 250 deposit back With no way off speaking to anyone apart from sending an email with no response

I cannot recommend this company They hold onto deposits for an unreasonable amount of time My rental ended over a week ago and while most companies return the deposit at the end of the rental I ve been told I need to wait an additional 7 10 days for the refund The returns process is also highly questionable I was asked to sign on a mobile device to confirm the car was being returned However I was later sent a document showing 30 40 scratches marked on the car none of which I was given an opportunity to review beforehand My signature had been applied to this document without my explicit consent or knowledge of its contents Is this even legal Avoid these guys if you value transparency and prompt service UpdateStill waiting for deposit 3 weeks after end of rental No reason given to withhold deposit refund Next step disputed transaction with bank

Mini bus arrived 4 hours past the agreed time slot Very dirty making it dangerous to see out of windows and mirrors Fuel light flashing empty Smelling of weed They also took the full deposit instead of keeping it pending Unable to get an explanation Extremely unprofessional 1 10 Never use

WORST HIRE COMPANY DO NOT USE There was nothing wrong with the vehicle or delivery or collection but this company take your deposit out of your account and then refuse to refund They are not a member of any hire association

The vehicle was probably the most unroadworthy vehicle I have ever driven in over 50 years as a professional transport operator manager The call centre is to be completely honest is both rude and useless in the one breath I would never either rent again nor recommended anyone ever to rent a vehicle through this organisation I write quite a few reviews as an international traveller and this almost leaves me wordless as to how best describe that the vehicle delivered 12 seater bus was dangerous unsuitable and dirty inside and out Never again and anyone else please beware of this company and the standards they work too

Van dropped of on time great Picked up fine The problem was when it came to recoup the deposit There were no problem with the return of the van and was informed of that and told the money was released when I had not received the money back in line With there terms and conditions it took 3months from that point to gt the money back into my account with them finally telling me there had been a glitch in their refund system Customer service was terrible provided promises with no answered For this reason I would not recommend using them

Absolutely terrible service from nvr they delivered an unsafe dirty vehicle that looked like it had just been in an accident It took months to get any monies paid back after lots of phone calls and emails please don t use them
