Absolutely fantastic experience

Absolutely fantastic experience I had to cancel with Sixt because the online DVLA check wasn t working but Europcar allowed me to sign a release of liability form in lieu of the check My licence is impeccable I have never received a fine so I felt very safe signing the form Having that option was a lifesaver The car was pristine and the staff were ridiculously solicit Europcar has now definitely become my safe choice for knowing things will probably work out with a good car and good safe experience

great Cambridge UK team

rented a van for 6 days to travel to France and back from Cambridge UK Europcar the team in Cambridge is simply great helpful friendly no fuss no problems they take time to answer questions even if more customers are waiting greatly appreciated the whole process of leaving with and returning the vehicle was easy and straightforward the van - we did 1613 miles - was comfortable and very easy to drive other van rentals I approached refuse renting vans for travel to Europe BUT the same cannot be said about the website I never could access my account even after contacting their webmaster multi-times I have been spoken to rudely by their staff on the online chat support

Great service and easy to use

Friendly knowledgeable staff who went through a range of options with me We upgraded to a slightly bigger model and switched to an automatic and are glad we did the space was appreciated because we had quite a distance to drive The car was clean and in excellent condition and it was easy to find in the parking lot The specifications of the car were a little difficult to find and this did cause some issues I have never driven a hybrid before so wasn t sure if I needed to charge it as well add petrol Return of the car was quick and simple and all of the paper work came through in good time

Heathrow Airport Europcar UK

I arrived 2 hours late after an international flight delay and Sab helped me at the Heathrow Airport desk He was patient and very easily helped my upgrade my car from a manual to an automatic as I felt after a long flight an automatic car would be more comfortable to drive - and it was Thank you Sab for being so cheerful in the middle of the night and super helpful I d arranged to drop my car at a different location up north I was served by Diana Young again brilliant service Diana was swift and again super friendly You do have to pay an extra fee to return your car to a different location yet it s worth it when you compare the cost of having to use public transport to get to from an airport The car I hired was lovely to drive very new and looked great

Excellent Company

I hired a car from Europcar at Malaga Airport for 1 week The experience of picking up the car and returning it was extremely easy and hassle free and without having the pressure of adding extra insurance that you may not need The Spanish lady at the desk was very efficient and it took less than 15 minutes to complete all formalities from arriving at the rental desk to picking up the car Will definitely rent from Europcar again
