Three hours late dropping off five hours late picking up Drivers very nice van very clean

I hired a seven seater but was only intending on using five seats with the remaining space used for luggage What I got was a smaller car where 2 extra seats were added to to boot space We struggled to get our luggage in the car and some thinks had to be left behind You should have a better description of you cars The car we were given had not been cleaned Also the air conditioning did not work which was not good when it was 35 degrees outside

Car hire was straightforward but return of security deposit and refund takes too long

The car was collected 9 days ago I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned

Still awaiting deposit refund as promised Rental was all ok pickup and delivery was as should

Van arrived two hours late and wasn t very clean Warning on dash saying service overdue by 19 daysOtherwise all a o k

Van service needed oil change information all the time Delivery was MORE than one hour late but delivery driver was very nice And pick was very later waiting for 7 Hours Thanks at least some pickup Thanks for renting van B Z

Once you return your vehicle It takes nearly 4 weeks to get your deposit back Before hiring a vehicle be prepared to wait long time to get your deposit back

No complaints about the vehicles or prices but support is hard to reach at times I ve been trying to contact them via email since last Friday to no avail no responses so far

A bit more expensive than others but theoretically comes with a convenience of delivering the van to your business well when they do The problem we had was that instead of 7pm they delivered the van after 11am on the following day The idea was to pack up the van for an exhibition and leave at about 10-11am however due to the delay we could leave only at about 2pm plus I got several new grey hair as a result as they were not really telling us what was going on or what to expect Then they were meant to collect on Sunday morning but again absolutely no info so I was waiting the whole day in and they finally collected at around 8pm It would be a great service if they were following up with info To be honest for all the trouble they caused they should be paying me LOL BUT the only place I found an automatic VW van that had the follow the traffic kind of cruise control autopilot so the driving experience was like I want one of these for myself o Hence the three stars
