While the cars seemed fresh there were some issues with GPS system and we had to wait a while before we got through their customer support team Everything else was more or less okay

There were some issues with the documentation but it was resolved properly and on time and it didn t took more than half an hour for us to get our vehicle will be using again Thanks

I book with them once or twice a year

I book with them once or twice a year so there s a few things I want to point out 1 Their workers are late some times not sure why but it happens on collection and dropoff 2 Deposits sometime takes ages to be returned Everything else is top-notch by far and better than anyone else These 2 point however will result in a 4-star review Take care

They were slightly late with the collection and we had to follow up on that but everything else was OK The vehicle the service and fees were all bearable and given the opportunity we would book with them again

Got my deposit returned after 3 weeks wait Not that bad but could definitely be quicker Make sure you follow the procedure fully and you shouldn t have any issues Regards

Delivery was prompt and the driver kind It wasn t the car I had booked which wasn t much fun driving I had to get the tyres inflated because they were dangerous They collected it without any problems and returned my deposit promptly I needed a car and it served it s purpose I am grateful thank you

MUCH MUCH Better than the reviews

We were moving into a new family home and we really needed this van to help with the move Having booked I then made the mistake of looking at the reviews - they were either poor or didn t appear to be genuine Speaking from experience I can barely fault this company - our van was in full working order arrived a little late and was a little late to be picked up but not a massive deal Secondly as other reviews testify the deposit did take a little while to be returned but I only had to chase it once and it was then returned in full I would use this company again as they were great value for money Whatever service issues they were facing seemed to have been improved dramatically as this company certainly deserves a solid 4 5
