You need to provide a safe vehicle

The delivery collection of the van was fine as expected There were 2 issues with the vehicle the driver s door mirror folded back against the cab at motorway speeds meaning the driver had zero rear vision on the right side of the van This is very dangerous and resulted in me having to push the mirror back to its correct position whilst driving on the motorway The second issue was cabin cleanliness - the previous occupants food leftovers were left under the seats

Took ages and much chasing to get deposit back

Shame about the painful process of getting my deposit back For that I have rated low The rest of the process was actually good - not many places had a 9-seater docs uploaded and verified quickly delivered on time took me through controls picked up on time got confirmation I would get full refund But then for over 2 months I ve been emailing called once Half the emails were replied to but didn t do anything The call I was told someone would contact me on Mon - they didn t but few days later I received Took lots of time and stressful because reading some other reviews I didn t think I was going to get it back Shame about that part because the rest was good

The van arrived on time and was collected on time but wouldn t use them again Should have checked these reviews Drove less than 50 miles in it but got scammed 20 for fuel and still waiting for the return of 500 deposit after nearly three weeks

Vehicle arrived over an hour later than

Vehicle arrived over an hour later than booking slot delaying our move and someone didn t come to collect until 10 30pm Also still awaiting return of deposit three weeks later

Dreadful delivery and collection

The car was fine They give you a 2 hour delivery and collection window The delivery was 1 25 hours later than the window I called customer service several times they never contacted me and they said 30 minutes 5 minutes but it was much later They also said that it is the responsibility of the delivery driver to call to say he will be late but he said that he had only been given the job and hour before i e it was already late when he was given the job Now they re late to collect It has gone beyond the 2 hour window but this time I can t even call customer services because their offices are closed No idea what yo do now

Poor Customer service

The Vehicle was very good clean and very reliable It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at Nationwide I called many times and was on waiting and then it cut off The vehicle was meant to be collected between 4-5pm on the Friday and it was collected at 8 30pm on the following Wednesday on the 2 occations I was able to speak with someone I tried 2 times Friday once on Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday with no one answering at 8 30pm when the car was collected by 2 men one then went behind my neigbours caravan to go to the toilet my neighbour saw this and came out and asked him what he was doing Customer Service is very very poor

Is anyone collecting my car today 6th August I am leaving the country and the car has been on the driveway for 24 hours and was scheduled for being collected this morning I have emailed and called you repeatedly today No reply

Bad service filthy van

Van was delivered 3 hrs late no screen wash no diesel Rubbish filthy in cab Was collected 2 hrs late guy has left his van parked since before Xmas the van itself drove fine once I had sorted issues out myself almost missing Euro Tunnel crossing

Not returning deposit - poor customer service

Rented a van which turned up late and then took 7 days to be collected We ve been told we would get a full refund but haven t had this and haven t been returned our 500 deposit which was taken almost 2 months ago now Really unhappy with the service and poor communication
