Update Jan 5th still no shipment Now order indicates items are final sale no returns Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order early December here it s the 22nd still processing Spoke with customer service stated nothing can be done once you place order unable to cancel Will not meet deadline still has not shipped

Refused to issue credit on return
I ordered pants on April 27th I returned them and NY CO received them in May 12th They refused to credit my account Despite calling non-stop for two months I was repeatedly lied to Every single telephone call I was guaranteed a supervisor would call in 24-48 hours No one was considerate enough to rerun my calls It wasn t until I submitted a complaint to BBB did they credit my account A supervisor finally called She admitted the only reason that my credit was finally issued was because of the investigation

Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy First your charged for shipping 7 99 then charged 9 95 to return the item Losing 17 00 in the transaction and received absolutely nothing No emails about refunds

Fool me once
There is zero support from customer service and they have ridiculous policies Last year around this same time I placed an order with 5 or 6 items They were all terrible quality - missing buttons not at all as described - and they took forever to issue the refund Since it had been a year I thought I would try them one more time I ordered 5 items Two were suit pieces listed as the same exact color and they were nowhere near the same color One of the sweaters came with a large rip hole in the front Even though these are clearly quality issues they will not offer any sort of exchange and I have to pay a 10 handling fee to return them The other two items were okay very odd fits and I may have kept them but since I m paying for shipping and they are running this company so poorly I packed them right up along with the others to return How are they getting away with selling these terrible products and then charging customers a return fee Even worse shipping costs are for UPS when the items are sent but the returns go through the USPS which means longer return times I wish I had not given them another chance Avoid this company

This place isn t the same no more Customers service is rude and doesn t reply back to your email I have paid for expedited shipping and now my package is lost I have been calling UPS and nothing I asked them to reach out to see what s going on and was told to wait I spend to much money for them to be so rude and still haven t received my package

The WORST company
I like NY Company for tall pants and other trendy fun items but I just can t do it anymore My last order 3 of the 4 items were cancelled without notification I paid expedited shipping and the one item that shipped still hasn t arrived after two weeks and no communication from them about cancellations delays Returns are painfully slow and cumbersome I will never again order from this company

NY and Company is the worst company
NY and Company is the worst company I dont know what happened to them but they should really be closed down I used to shop at their stores and even online years ago but the past 1 5 since their stores closed down ordering online and doing returns is a NIGHTMARE This is the 3rd time I have ordered trying to be hopeful but had horrible experiences all 3x They will not refund you your returns I returned items processing them online I cant find that it was returned on their site but I took to the post office 3 weeks ago and even have the tracking number I am still responsible for paying the credit card or else Ill have to pay interest I do not trust this company enough to pay in full because I dont believe they will send me a check for the credit I overpaid for the return This is the 2nd time I have not been refunded I dont know why I even gave them another chance PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM save yourself the hassle It feels like theft to me

If I could have given zero stars I
If I could have given zero stars I would have I placed an order in October about 10 to 12 pieces and out of that amount only 4 pieces fit I returned the other items on November 10 and as of today I have not gotten a refund I am so pissed because that s almost 200 worth of items I have paid for and I have not gotten a refund and I can t even get through to them This has truly been the worst experience I have every had with any return I just want my money back

NIGHTMARE DO NOT PURCHASE
It s been two weeks now since I placed my order and the order hasn t even shipped I reached out to customer service to just cancel it since its outside of their 6-8 business days window and they are refusing to do so I asked for any update on when the order will be shipped and there s no answer The website also clearly states that it ships orders from warehouses in USA
