I ordered this equipment for one of my engineers so don t have first-hand experience

I checked with the engineer who is using the equipment He is very satisfied with it s performance and said that everything works exactly as it should He s particularly pleased with the cables said they are very sturdy and he gets very firm connections

Great Customer Service

Recently my regular salesperson moved up at Newark I m happy for him but now I call and get whoever is available That s perfectly fine because I ve never spoken to anyone impatient or rushed or who wasn t super willing to go above and beyond Our pricing from our previous salesperson was a bit different and each time I have to get that pricing approved now But the people I speak to are always top notch Even though there are hoops to jump through for the prices I need it s not the problem it could be because the people at Newark are superior

Unexpected Results

This one turned out way better than expected Something to work on - first I was told that the Simpson meters that I had ordered were obsolete so I started looking for a substitute Simpson says that they are not obsolete and then puts me in touch with Richard at the Modification Center where they set the units up per customer specs Richard was awesome Not only did he tell me that he could get me set up but that the pricing I had would be better and I would see that meters in a couple days rather than a couple weeks Did I say that Richard was awesome
