3 out of 3 parcels lost in two weeks
3 out of 3 parcels lost with these fools within two weeks One was perishables one was a box of wine And now we have just found out that FEDEX use this incompetent company to do local deliveries - so that s our third parcel gone Someone at NZ Couriers is having a great Xmas courtesy of parcels that never make it to the real owners How is this business still running And how do they get away with not delivering so many parcels without proper investigations into where this stuff goes

10 days for an over night delivery envelop opened card details accessed
an over night service from my bank took 10 days to arrive for a 150km trip I could have walked picked up myself If that was all meh But given the envelope had been opened cut down the edge and the credit card inside accessed and peel off sticker partially removed not so meh Tried to contact but have no response from them NZ Couriers- If you cant secure your packages you shouldn t be in business

NZ couriers They don t provide a means to contact via call Not even when called to their customer service They were not able to provide a Depot number The parcel ticket mentioned to contact Depot directly but they didn t care to provide contact info The main contact number useless to connect to the required Depot - J

WARNING TO ALL BUSINESSES STAY AWAY THEFT AND DISHONESTY WITH NZ COURIERSWe ve spent months trying to get NZ Couriers to look into a parcel that was signed for by their own couriers and never seen again They admit their courier signed for the parcel and then the parcel have gone missing - yet do nothing about it On social media pages there are literally hundreds of business owners who have been harmed by NZ Couriers inability to resolve lost and stolen parcels They don t care Seriously don t let these guys ruin your sales and reputation KEEP CLEAR

Actually the worst courier in NZ
Actually the worst courier in NZAs others have commented - Overnight is a very loose use of the term Yet to ever have an overnight delivery delivered overnight Papakura Area just gets packages passed around various other Freightways group drivers until you make enough complaints they finally send out on an urgent courier By all means if you like your courier package taking over a week to reach you within the same city NZC are the courier company for you

Received a status update on the tracking after more than a week that said allow additional 1-2 more days It s been another 1 week since that last update but still with no delivery and no further info Waiting more than 2 weeks on a supposed 2 day estimated delivery Can t be that bloody hard to make an Auckland-to-Auckland delivery Bloody shameful and useless

No email address anywhere
No email address anywhere no office open in the weekends no link in your information how to cancel a courier pick up I also have an automated pin but want the parcel picked up at an alternative address There is does not appear to be a facility for this I have some questions that someone could answer in thirty seconds - no one available Common peeps this is 2023 don t hide behind a website

No point they openly don t care
I asked for the information held about my queries via the privacy commission I did this and found that they took zero notes from my initial call There was no intention to follow up and it wasn t until I emailed that any action was taken They are still not being honest and it is a shame that there is no accountability As consumers we have no voice other than refusing to purchase from customers that use NZ Couriers but that isn t fair on the small businesses using them They have responded by saying I have my parcel So they have admitted that lying to customers is ok as long as they eventually deliver the parcel

Avoid at all cost
3 weeks and still waiting on my new laptop Ordered from Albany North Shore delivery address is West Auckland Extremely frustrated annoyed and now very very angry In the past 2 weeks I ve ordered other items from Australia and China all of which already arrived within 1 week via other couriers Yet NZ Couriers fails to complete a simple domestic delivery Lodged multiple complaints to both NZ Couriers and the retailer I bought my laptop from None of them seems to have a clue what s going on Total clown show

They have dropped off a sofa which is grey I ordered beige asked him to take it away but said he would be back as got it wrong ok I paid for the sofa before delivery so now nothing from anyone at all I think this company is scamming people Be Very Aware
