All packages came without notice and therefore where deliver to a packet shop I am not able to walk so need to pay a car to pick up

No delivery after over two months Tried to contact by email but no response

I have ordered a very bulky and heavy item online After I have decided to return it and look for a lighter alternative every time I have called Obi they told me different things First they told me they don t know if I can return it in the store They they told me I can I drove for 40 minutes to the store where they told me I can t But the item will be collected from my home So I drove back and marked the item as a return online And surprise no collection information in the email and when I called them again they told me nobody is going to collect it so I have to bring it to a post office myself Honestly this sort of service in Germany I have no words

I ve ordered a lot a few dozen of items for new construction site Just after closing the order I ve noticed that I entered wrong delivery address confused delivery invoice addresses and called customer support to ask if it s possible to change it or if I should cancel the order now and buy again I was assured by the agent that delivery address will be changed that I should request it via VDE email enquiry - packages were not sent yet and all is good To my surprise some days later I started receiving packages at Invoice address That was very problematic because of the location and amount of ordered items I called customer support and heard that changing delivery address after ordering is not possible other agent should have told me that Apparently I was told exactly the opposite it s also in the email correspondence I have In the meantime I also got lots corrected invoice emails from Obi which contained newly generated invoices every time with not updated addresses With time it became even more frustrating because OBI splitted one order in like 20 deliveries sometimes containing just one tiny item Had a lot of problems with that all could be avoided if only I would be told that address change is not possible please cancel the order In the meantime I received around 50 emails regarding this one order More than 10 more like 20 packages Tons of papers needed to order a taxi on couple of days in a row All this caused by customer agent who gave me false information and assured that address was correctly updated Could be avoided Was one of my biggest frustration regarding online orders over months

Dear OBII placed and paid for an order on 4 08 2022 to be delivered in Belgium Turns out OBI s courier doesn t deliver to Belgium 2 months later I still didn t receive anything nor did I receive a pay back After numerous mails and phone calls OBI did send me a return label But since I never received my order It s quite useless Can you reimburse me It s been dragging on way too long order nummer 1000600000002711215536

The delivery window indicated for online purchases is of no significance They do not abide by it and after ordering say there is no fixed delivery time frame Even after 2 weeks the order status remains unchanged even though the online page suggested the product will be delivered within two weeks The money however has been charged for the product and deducted already We made appointment with hand worker considering the worst case scenario of the delivery window indicated but still it wasn t good enough I will never again buy online at OBI

Never again Ordered 3 bags of plant soil After a couple of weeks 1 package arrived The remaining were supposedly damaged in transit As I m used to normal customer service I expected they would either ship them again or refund the money automatically or at least contact me about how to proceed Waited Waited Nothing happened Finally called customer service waited on the line forever The guy on the phone said he would give me a 10 discount so I can order what I want again Excuse me what They actually had the audacity to assume that I would buy more products from them when in fact I never received the things I had paid for in the first place After I raised my voice they promised to refund the money After about a week they indeed refunded me FOR ONE missing bag although I was missing TWO I have so far had to chat 3 times with their customer service the connection of those calls is always really bad quality I can barely hear what they re saying they don t seem to hear me either So far the money for the one product that I didn t receive has still not been refunded to my bank account I placed the order on April 24 it s been a month Seriously it s 11 99 a nation-wide store chain is haggling and wiggling trying to steal such a sum from a customer Cool strategy I guess if you take small sums from multiple customers it s a nice addition to your turnover I will never in my life set foot in OBI again and never try to purchase anything from their website again EDIT The missing money did arrive eventually so thanks for that still done being your customer

Never ever go to Obi for kitchen The poorest service you can get from a supplier In addition to that the least respect for costumer I ordered a kitchen on 20 May 2023 The Obi representative promised the installation after 5 weeks 4 moths has passed and I don t have a kitchen yet The manufacturer came to my home 2 times each time created a big mess They left the boxes and kitchen pieces at my home for two months and till today they could not install the cabinets for 2x2m kitchen Obi will charge you a lot and then they go to the cheapest subcontractor in the town Not skilled and not professional of course Except from this I have got the least respect from them I sent email and the Obi representative does not bother himself to reply my email after one week Never ever go to Obi for kitchen It is like he paid me and I have to beg him to reply me Worst of all there is no email or phone number that I can report this guy No one is helping me I paid 5600 90 of contract Euros for 2x2m kitchen and till today I did not get anything but mess at my home

What a humiliating customer experience in Berlin They are services are arrogant and do not know what customer service is I don t know if it s a German approach where the customer is always wrong or a simply language barrier OBI has clearly showed by their behaviour that they don t want me as their customer which I m happy to do and go to any other baumarkt in Berlin I have never experienced such a horrible customer service and I work in customer service myself Disgrace

No experience yet Just want to know If your loafer are a large fit I m usually a 41 and wish to know the internal footbed measurement please
