I had to get a specific relay switch for a repair job and I found it at OBI even at a competitive price I ordered online After about half an hour I was notified that I could come and pick the order up at the store Pick-up was very smooth and staff was very helpful and friendly All in all a perfect experience Great if things would work this way everywhere
