So in case you buy a gift card bought in the store and want to use it online - doesn t work And in case you go there early in the morning before work to order your stuff in my case 32kg each they tell you it costs 49 bucks to ship it You can use now the voucher but have to pay 49 at least Oh ok OBI so it s fort free in the dam store but the voucher ain t work and here it would work but you charge 49 minimum And tell me to pick it up which in no world I m able to do What a f scammer

Ordered two buckets of paint to my office address with my full name of course The goods were delivered to the office building but because my name was not on the address label only the name of the company the reception wanted to return it In the end they did not return the items because I came and asked if there were deliveries from OBI This is poor

I did not receive a confirmation of purchase from my order and when I called them the operator said it was because the order was too recent and they need to check the payment This was WRONG because the moment I clicked on Pay they charged my credit card and it went through I get instant messages on my phone from my bank when a credit card payment goes through I also asked how long it takes for delivery They said 2 3 business days Now I get a message asking me to choose a time of delivery which is a week plus later from time of purchase I bought this item on the basis of quick delivery Next time order from BAUHAUS or Amazon Terrible service

I have ordered several of these boxes The products themselves are nice however I am not satisfied with the way it was delivered Each box was packaged in a rather big cardboard box and arrived separately over one week period I find it inconvinient Also a few the boxes got cancelled due to unavailability after several days of waiting for the shipping

I went personally to OBI Markt Parsdorf to order a countertop with my own measurements and holes for a sink and a tap I also mentioned that I needed a delivery I ordered it because there was no elevator in the building with my apartment The delivery was very expensive at 79 Just for a single countertop less than 170mm long I paid the contract fully in advance After 9 days the countertop was ready But it turned out that the delivery didn t include lifting the countertop upstairs For 79 I went to the shop to ask to deliver it upstairs but it was not possible because there was just one man in the truck Or to pick it up myself in the shop but in that case it doesn t make sense for me to pay so much money for the delivery The employees were very friendly and tried their best to help me resolve my problem but unfortunately the management refused to refund a delivery I can still pick up the countertop in the shop but in that case I will lose 79 for the delivery which I already paid

The delivery of plants was on time but when I opened the box the condition of plants was not good they were very tightly packed and the pot with palm was broken and all the sand came out Unfortunately I had to shift it to other pot I hope from next time OBI send plants in separate boxes instead of putting all plants in one which destroys their condition
