A Christmas miracle happened

A Christmas miracle happened our order of a Turtle Necklace arrived with Royal Mail today However I only think we got it because I put a chargeback claim in with our bank So my advice to anyone who isn t getting a response phone your bank ask for them to put in a chargeback Hopefully that will be the incentive they need to get your order to you ASAP I m still not sure this is legit turtle tracking but the recipient won t know any different the necklace is pretty

What a shower

The necklace took 24 days to arrive and we had an unanticipated bill of 4 Euro s custom fees to secure delivery Oceanproject had emailed us two weeks previously asking what we thought of our purchase now that we had received it No response when I informed them that we certainly had not What a shower Thank you for your response No refund or replacement product necessary after 24 days we did indeed receive the necklace Can I suggest that in future you check the position re customs fees when exporting so that your customers aren t faced with unexpected bills and delays

Scam Fake Do not order

Seeing as they are spamming their page with fake reviews I will continue to leave genuine bad reviews Fake Scam - do not order from here no item received - chargeback done with my bank I suggest if you have also been stung contact your bank they will recover the money from these scammers I have also reported them to the police

Terrible service

Terrible service I keep receiving the survey to evaluate the product and I haven t even received it I also sent email with several questions including where is my order since the tracking number doesn t work NO ANSWER at all And never mentioned anywhere that I had to pay extra 10e extra for customs when the item arrived to Europe Terrible service I will recommend all my friends NOT to order from here How sad because it seemed a nice idea which I had bought as a present for my daughter and it still hasn t arrived Very sad experience

The first necklace I purchased arrived just in time for Christmas So I decided to purchase three additional items order 257140 The order confirmation came via email just before Christmas On January 21st 2022 the items have yet to be shipped I have emailed them twice asking for updates NOTHING

Fishy to say the least

Multiple reports seem to be claiming this entire company to be a scam previously operating as a wildlife preservation company now they claim to be preserving the ocean I ve never recieved a response from them let alone my order Moreover the company doesnt seem to be doing anything to help those it pleged to protect DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

People should note that this site has many red flags indicating that it is a scame The 10 profits are not donated to ocean protection charities If you want to contribute to marine life conservation you should look more towards Fahlo and Sea Turtle Conservancy Note that you will receive your jewellery from oceanproject co However the GPS-tracking of marine animals has been obtained without permission So if you like their jewellery you should go for it But do not buy from this site if you want to contribute to their mission Overall just let this site slide and let it die

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER this company deserves 0 stars i ordered over a month ago and haven t heard a peep from them and they ve ignored up to 6 emails requesting correspondence and a refund they have muted their comments on social media and are posting fake reviews to encourage people to still buy with them it s disgusting these people can scam people at Christmas time when people really can t afford it ANY positive review you read is likely to be fake and I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this company at all costs

I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago I haven t even received an email confirmation After writing two emails there s still no response by now and they switched off the comment function on facebook after receiving posts of angry customers who don t get their orders Don t order anything

Wish I could give this company 0 stars I received my turtle necklace for Christmas 2021 His name is Tamarind I was happily able to track him and successful until hurricane Ian hit Florida then boom All tracking ceased Any communication I had with Oceanproject was unsuccessful I bought a shark for my friend also same story Actually same story times 4 as another friend purchased turtles for 2 of his friends Shame on you Oceanproject
