Lovely items but beware if you have a metal allergy

I was so excited to get rings for my daughters I am still waiting Shipping label was created over 2 weeks ago but still no updates on shipping Shipping origin is only 10 miles from my address Customer service has never responded to my inquiry Update - Customer service did finally contact me after my posted review and provided a tracking number which I already had The rings finally showed up a couple days after Christmas They are great and my girls LOVED them Shipping through USPS was not great as you might expect during Christmas which was out of the vendor s control but customer service was still very slow to respond Happy with the product though

Ordered 2 turtle necklaces last year

I received my shark necklace and blue opal ring relatively quickly considering the delays due to Covid-19 and they were dispatched from China They really are lovely items but my issue is with the materials they are made from The website states the ring is made from aluminium alloy and the necklace is 925 sterling silver I have an allergy to non precious metals and unfortunately I had to stop wearing both items due to an allergic reaction the ring turned my finger black and the necklace caused a rash around my neck although I can usually wear sterling silver without any issues This is a real shame as the items are really cool

Resolved issue

Ordered 2 turtle necklaces last year and recieved them today i had been told this company was not legit but i got what i asked for and i can track both turtles long wait but with covid i suppose it was inevitable does what it says on the tin

Amazing customer support

I had originally given this company a very negative review but was contacted by one of their service specialists that resolved all the issues I had reported I am still concerned that the initial order got so messed up But happy that they have fixed the problem with shipping

It Don t Go Towards Saving Animals

Amazing customer support but lengthy wait for my purchase to arrive in South Africa Still in transit I am told and the excuse is covid What a pity as such a great cause and the reason I bought two chains Really hoping I dont have to wait another few weeks Kind regards Ant

Waiting for my order

This website is a dropshipping website Someone ordered for me and was not happy when I found it was just a dropshippers site Sure I got the order and received it but they are not donating to help save the animals Unless you can supply proof to me So yes you will get your order but it will not be helping animals which is scummy

Shipping Issues

UPDATE 2020-12-11I sent an email to Lisa she is supporting me with my order Im just waiting to receive my package and change my review to 5 stars 2020-12-10I placed my order on November 24 they have not sent me the tracking number and they only respond to my emails with automatic responses I regret buying with them

I gonna give 3 stars since it took them

The product itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL It s well made and the opal is breathtaking My complaint is that shipping has been a joke Order was placed the 24th of March I got one piece of the order within days The other piece has been sitting in the warehouse not moving since 4 1 The shipping label is scanned but is not actively moving At this point stuff that I ordered from China the same day is going to be here before the last half of my order
