I ordered a chicco 4 in 1 the base was cracked on the very speedy deliver contacted Olivers babycare immediately we sent photos of the damage The staff were professional and helpful The reason I have given 4 stars I had to follow up the complaint with two further calls over the following two weeks Not one did they ring me to inform me of the progress disappointing

Dispatched the next day however I was under the impression the expedited delivery would include the weekend and it didn t which left me stuck The item was delivered in its box no wrapping for protection I m glad it wasn t something that would be affected by water damage

Really impressed Ordered a video baby monitor on sale really great price Early hours of the morning on a Sunday received this afternoon only 3 days later Will definitely be a returning customer But would of preferred postage with tracking for such a high value item especially if I d of paid full price at 100

Good Range Postage is a Bit Much

They have a good range of products and the prices are reasonable However I decided not to place an order as the postage for delivery meant the book I wanted was cheaper elsewhere 5 95 just seemed a little steep for what I was ordering Will still be considering them when it comes to buying other products such as a playpen or monitor once the ones I like are back in stock

Really great experience with Olivers BabyCare Ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on Sunday and it was with me by Tuesday with standard delivery Was such a good price too compared to other places that were selling for a much higher price Great quality well packaged and super fast shipping I highly recommend

Damaged order Emily to the rescue

Ordered a travel system and it was delivered within 48 hours the range of products and prices is amazing On delivery there was an issue with part of the order so I emailed the team and they were on it straightaway Emily kept me up to date and sorted it all and arranged the replacement Their customer service was excellent and Emily was amazing cannot thank her enough for her assistance Would definitely recommend
