Delivery of the item was delayed and the Hermes tracking information provided no helpful information I received no response to my email to Olivers nor the promised call back from them The item has now arrived and appears okay although the packaging is rather battered

Ordered some Dr Brown s bottles on expedited one day delivery No tracking advice given so I emailed twice to ask when to expect them because they didn t arrive the day after ordering No reply Emailed again No reply Started a web chat Got ignored Arrived via royal mail on their 24h delivery so was within timescale But no communication whatsoever Must only bother with customers who make large purchases Definitely won t be using them again

The item was not received and their website had not given an indication of any delay They did not let me know that the parcel had been delayed at Hermes I had to contact the courier I did get a reply after that from Oliver s saying they were going to look into where it was but they never got back to me so I had to deal with Hermes myself

Do not order if you live in ireland
I definately would not recommend outside uk to order this mat the shipping is ridiculous I ordered the mat paid 36 delivery fees to olivers babycare was then hit with custom fees of 121 euro from the fed ex company and then hit with a following fee of 9 81 from the fed ex emailed customer support before I made the order to ask for advice before I made the order who literally would not even try to advise on custom charges even tough I told them I was going to be in england that week and could buy one directly tere if they felt there would be furthur charges I still havnt even received the mat that I ordered back on the 19th of march

Poor delivery
I ordered a travel cot for my mums house and went with Oliver s baby as the delivery was 1-3 days The cot didn t show until the following week and my baby had to sleep in his pram for the first two nights On calling Oliver s baby they blamed Hermes and said they have been having problems with them This is fine but maybe they should specify longer delivery

Delays and lack of communication
Ordered a travel system in early June it s mid august and it hasn t arrived It was supposed to come early July and I have no received any correspondence from Oliver s baby care regarding these delays and I have been required to chase it up myself by calling multiple times week after week and keep being told it is definitely arriving this week and then it never does My baby is due in 6 weeks and I still have no travel system I understand the delays aren t their fault but there has been no communication from them

I ordered a bed for my toddler even paid next day delivery for them to say it s been dispatched next day my son has slept on the floor on a mattress for nearly 14 days the bed only arrived few days ago I asked them for a percentage of my refund and they are disagreeing with me they told me to contact ohbaby which I did because the bed was with them but when I did contact oh baby they said my bed was on hold So it hasn t been dispatched like they said it was

Personally the product I ordered is what I wanted but unfortunately the colour that I ordered online it doesn t look like the colour in person As to why I m now having to return the item In regards to having to return the item myself is ridiculous I ve spent 100 on an items and now having to spend another 12 in total to return Think it s ridiculous

I ve ordered a new highchair for my little boy which was due to arrive today but hasn t Thankfully I wasnt 100 sure about this website so decided to register with them before I paid for it Took me few attempts as system kept crashing but I finally managed to book with confirmation email in the end Because it didn t arrive so I logged into my account to find out the status I was SHOCKED to find out my order was CANCELLED without being notified If they can t even bother to notify their registered customer to cancel their order without their consent what would they do with those check out as guest customer Appalling experience Business like this pushed people to purchase with bigger and non-independent company I m really sorry for you Update 02 06 20 received a phone call from the company at 08 47am to explain they have never received the payment and they have never had customer experienced what I experienced before so the lady asked me to remove or amend the comment I m not an unreasonable person so I agreed despite we agree to disagree So here is it What happened then was I did have problem with payment WiFi didn t cover well in every room so I have tried multiple times finally after the 3rd or 4th time yes I really really wanted and needed this high chair asap which it s in such demand that i couldn t find on other websites too Finally I came to what I believed was a confirmation page with order number transaction description and transaction reference the amount and the usual details I saw when I completed an online order I ve also got two emails from them I DID assume one was confirmation for registration the other must be order confirmation with detailed information I saw in front of me on the browser so I thought job done and put down my mobile to attend my little boy as he started to get upset having daddy looking after him But as it emerged now when shopping on this website the order number is generated automatically whether you completed purchase or not Even if the system shows you the transaction details empty your basket and you can see an order in your order history still doesn t mean you have your purchase completed and confirmed it still doesn t mean your order has came through So check check and check no matter how upset your baby is or whatever you have to attend to then After the incident I can t help to suspect it might due to the high demand and low supply of this specific product ie others might purchase this very chair when I tried to complete my checkout and the system just doesn t cope very well to provide helpful and clear information The company has asked me to remove or amend this comment And told me I should have contacted them before posting anything here My argument was we are still in pandemic Firstly i was shocked when I made discovery- hence I m here Moreover I had overall a poor shopping experience on their website and I don t know how soon or at all if they will reply my email In the end the representative was soft spoken and sticker to their point- no confirmation email no order That s a fair point from their perspective Despite she never apologised for the potential problem in their system she actually defended it I d argue in the time of online shopping or mobile shopping in my case your online system is an integrated part of your customer service Do not just tell your customer what to do Please hear your customer and learn from it to make your outlet stronger Thank you for calling I appreciated the call so raise the rating from one to three
