please dont use Hermes as your courier - they are hopeless - product all good though

The product itself is a good idea in theory and looks nice - I bought two as I had four locations in the house I wanted to fit them and one comes with two sets of fittings so in theory you can move them round but after fitting one we found we could not remove the gate from the post in the easy click on - click off way that is described - it is absolutely wedged on We thought maybe one of the brackets had simply been put on slightly too high or too low even though we used the guideline template included with the product meaning it was stuck but then we fitted the second gate precisely following instruction and exactly the same thing has happened Once the gate was clicked on to the brackets it could not be clicked off - we now have two permanently fitted gates in two locations in our house rather than movable ones that can be used in four locations We have tried our best to get them off but to no avail We know that in a couple of years time when we have no need for the gates anymore we are going to have to break them to get them off the door frames as the fittings beneath are concealed and unaccessible So the click on - click off does not work and we now have to buy two further safety gates for upstairs which is massively disappointing and leaves us financially down

I received the wrong item and I made the company aware they got back in touch to arrange for a replacement to be delivered quickly

Very happy with the fan But on arrival the packaging was so damaged it look like someone had stood on the box apart from that all ok and goods worked

Looks great but devilish difficult to assemble and instructions completely inadequate Have had to get carpenter to come and assemble it Slightly disappointed

The customer service is quick to respond over the phone However they did not reply to any of my emails Also the delivery time frames published on the website are not reliable Was printed as 2-3 working days but came after 2 weeks So bare that in mind before ordering

Service was great and I m sure the corners will work very well on tables and cupboards etc I bought it for a thin glass shelf with sharp corners and unfortunately the product is not right for that purpose the plastic fittings are too deep and they are too rounded inside to fit the sharp corners of the shelf

Naturally it is difficult during these times with COVID-19 but I was especially disappointed no one had responded to two emails I had sent l I desperately needed delivery of my bottles for my premature baby who arrived 5 weeks early and was a bit frustrated I couldn t get hold of anyone Bottles now delivered and all is well but the communication seemed to be lacking

Arrived On time Product was a lot thinner than I expected the padding is thinI was hoping that it was thicker Apart from that it is bright and cheerful but not sure it will last long I suppose time will tell Needed it otherwise I may well have returned it
