Looks and feels very sturdy very happy with this gate barrier so far Puppy yet to arrive but have decided to order another one for a different part of the house as this fits our need to plug quite a wide gap between rooms perfectly

Fantastic customer service My retractable stair gate broke and after talking and emailing Rachel The company sent me a new replacement gate as mine couldn t be fixed I rang on the Monday about my problem and by Friday I received the gate Very high standard of quality and care in my opinion Thanks again for all your help Gemma x

An excellent product When putting it together one of the screws was warped - I reported this and received two replacements the next day

I ordered the product on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday They were the only retailer out of about 10 that had the product in stock I would definitely shop there again
