what to say about 70 burton court Well Mrs Jackie is one of the best landladies we ve ever had Any problem or question she was there for us Until one day we were in the living room watching TV and we heard the sound of rats eating our food in the cupboard crawling through our clothes in the wardrobe or even getting into my 2-year-old son s bed We were desperate We called Dexters Sloane Avenue where we rented the apartment Clarlie didn t give us any help We called several times and they didn t want to help us saying that we would have to contact Mrs Jackie the owner of the apartment So we did We called the landlord who the next day sent a team to fill in some of the thousands of holes that the rodents had made We spent 6 months living with the rats It wasn t easy to find another apartment so quickly but I want to make one thing very clear the rats are still there A rat infestation that will never end I really wouldn t want a new family to go through what we went through so think carefully before renting this property 70 Burton Court Franklin Row SW32PU Chelsea
