Onerent is a great source on your side

Onerent has been an amazing source for us during our quest to find a home We had several problems finding a home including our credit and income Onerent helped us negotiate with the landlord to get us into our dream home Their team went back and forth until we both agreed on terms fare for the both of us When we moved in they helped us get the needed repairs done even repairs we knew already existed but we wanted them changed in order to be comfortable We ended up renewing our lease after they made our home comfortable and safe and created good communication between us and the landlord We continue to talk great things about Onerent

Out window had a crack from outside

Out window had a crack from outside my guess is that someone threw a 2-3 inch size stone at it The teamed reachout to me about incident they explained clearly what is covered under their maintenance and what is not abuse scenario like this is not From there they found vendor got quote What I liked is that they allowed me to revisit this issue after a month and not making me go through any urgent decision making Entire process felt like a pause and play button to me In this duration the representative was extremely reachable

Good Maintenance Experience

We had a variety of minor issues around the apartment Althea was very helpful arranging for peole to come and fix them and is super fast at responding to emails when we had questions The maintenance person was very professional fixed what could be fixed and explained what still needed a follow up We have been able to get everything handled though sometimes the online form to submit issues is clunky Not every room is covered and there is a 200 character limit on providing info which can make it hard to describe anything unusual But once we are able to email back and forth with the staff it goes more smoothly

Renting is less of a headache

So far I ve been impressed with the service I ve gotten from Onerent They are quick to respond to maintenance requests follow-up on questions I have for the owner and are quite pleasant to deal with via email text or phone calls It s nicely streamlined and makes dealing with rental maintainance much easier than I ve ever dealt with

Very happy with the whole process

Very happy with the whole process Jay was VERY helpful We needed to turn in our final move-in documents signed and he waited for us to gather all signatures even when he was supposed to be off That s something we appreciate as my family had different work schedules that day He was very professional Also Ms Kara was very helpful at the house tour We appreciate her patience

Ben in Poplar Homes Accounting does an outstanding job He responds quickly and thoroughly and follows through to make sure his clients receive the type of service that they expect As an example of how Ben responds last month I was very critical of how Poplar Homes handled the rent transfer payment and told Ben I expected to receive this payment in 5 days or less This month with Ben s follow through the payment was received in two days That s great service Thank you Ben

Dishwasher and garbage disposal issues

The dishwasher started leaking soap water profusely on to the kitchen floor and wouldn t drain water after the full cycle is complete The technician came and fixed the appliance It is not leaking water anymore and it does not leave water collected after the cycle is complete The kitchen sink garbage disposal stopped working and started leaking water to the sink area below The kitchen sink garbage disposal was replaced Thanks to ALTHEA D MORENO the maintenance work was done at the best possible speed given the approvals from home owner and warranty company required to fix the issues

You are lucky to have an employee as Dessa Jean Fulguarenas She is very responsive She s the only one in your team who is always giving me updates When I m trying to communicate with the accounting Department I don t receive any response I would reach out to Dessa She never failed to reach out she responds so quickly She is caring makes me feel like an important client She is also very helpful Congratulations for hiring her She gives your company a great image

Plaguing issues haunted our rental but thankfully Onerent came to the rescue

We have had issues with our rental townhome ever since we moved in almost a year ago We have been very fortunate recently to get some wonderful help from Onerent with setting up dishwasher and garbage disposal repair Everything was finally fixed and we are able to wash our dishes properly again The staff at Onerent did a great job following up on everything promptly and keeping us in the loop with everything Would definitely recommend Onerent for anyone s rentals

Quick response and seamless interactions

They took over the leasing management Renewal was timely easy and stress free I ve had a couple of maintenance issues they responded extremely quickly On that note the owner has always been prompt and considerate as repairs are ultimately up to the owner I saw a lot of complaints in these reviews that really have nothing to do with the management If you feel you aren t treated fairly I suggest you hire a real estate agent when rental hunting and assign them as your mediator Your experience will change dramatically with a realtor as they typically screen their clients first and landlords and prop management companies know this
