SCAM SERVICE do NOT USE

SCAM deliver to completely wrong house take picture that is NOT my house and told me oh its deliver I contacted them they just said oh we cannot locate your package please contact your seller I contact seller the ontrac didnt acknowledge they lost my package and Lied told them oh we delivered to correct address I hope no one uses their service anymore They are liar and irresponsible and deliver to wrong address

Walmart uses this company for their free product deliveries My issue is that they never deliver until late at night so I have to sit home all day waiting People need to get together and sue these companies for terrible service USPS UPS Ontrack Fedex should have to provide an accurate 4-5 hour window Waiting all day is unacceptable Ontrack customer service never answers their emails either

How are they even able to operate They did the same thing to me suppose to have package and can t get any answers I m going to the media

Every time I get a delivery from ontrac I cringe

This morning ontrac attempted to deliver my package to the county fairground campground office at 7 31am The delivery clearly stated business name This is my third similar experience with ontrac On each occasion the driver showed up from west palm to ft pierce outside business hours as late as nine o clock at night and return my package to the vendor as undeliverable The service does not inspire confidence Additionally unless ontrac can figure out how to show up within business hours I can t reorder through a different vendor until they have have erred three more times I hate my experience with ontrac I won t be ordering from Walmart or temu if it has to go through ontrac because of how many times I ve danced this dance with this goofy company I hope they go out of business

Never use OnTrac

Waouh I have never heard about this company before but now I understand why I did not receive my package They marked it delivered and showed a picture of something that s not even close to looking to my building I thought of a joke first but now I realize that the package must be stolen

Useless company they have lost my package

Package was supposed to be delivered in 12 6 three days later there is no status update and item hasn t been delivered I used their customer support online form their text message option but I am getting no response regarding the whereabouts of my package I tried calling the automated system sends you to ontrac com and hangs up Useless and horrible they shouldn t be allowed to operate

I order Christmas gift from Bath Body works and 12 days later received an e-mail that my package was delivered There was no package at my front door or any door to my home I checked my surveillance cameras and no package was delivered that day I sent several tracking information forms online and 4 days later received an answer that they cannot find my 14 lb package I am in belief that the driver kept it or someone in the facility knowing that the customer can get a refund from the seller I am desperately hoping that I can get a refund at the shipment was over 200 00 This carrier is horrific and if I had known who they used and looked up reviews I would never have ordered from Bath Body Works I will continue to order from Amazon as in my area they DO NOT USE Ontrac

Non existent customer service Late delivery with no update Original delivery was supposed to be 12 12 then was delayed on 12 12 to12 13 Same thing happened 12 13 and 12 14 It s now 12 15 and still no package and no update other than delayed
