This card is poor quality at best Pics are very dark faces are hard to see I would not recommend this company nor buy any supplies from them again sorry

Poor Quality Product - product is not great - the pictures are not straight - the images are not even on the pages and the calendar page is very small - would not order again

I opened our cards and I am very disappointed 2 out of the 4 photos are blurry Top two pictures on the cards are blurry fuzzy to the point you cannot tell facial features The other photo on the bottom are not blurry and either is the one on the back Even if I reordered them waited for them to be sent out and then had to mail them out they wouldn t be sent out until December sometime Now I would not be able to get these cards sent out and to the places in the mail I wanted them to go and I even ordered early I will not be ordering from this site again They were expensive too

OMG I sat for hours making a calendar I saved my changes EACH and EVERY time About a third of the way through things weren t saving accurately I took screen shots of how I wanted each month to look Thank goodness I did Everything ended up being jumbled Photos that I didn t want in months where they don t belong Horrible Starting over again using a new site Do not recommend

Just received today The quality of the photos is not good as some of the pictures are not clear but fuzzy and the color is not good we expect better from the reviews and because of the price We are used to Costco quality which is great compared to the price

It seems Optimal Print do not pay attention to customer requests I recently put together Family Calendars for Christmas gifts I ordered 5 filled with family photos It took me FIVE attempts because when I only wanted to change the layout of the cover of my calendar it changed THE ENTIRE calendar so I had to start over because all the pictures either disappeared or moved ridiculously Then once I received my Christmas calendar gifts many of the birthdays and anniversaries that I inputted over printed over top of the date in the scare Eg the words Mary s birthday printed over top of the date December 25 Which makes it not very nice to give as a gift I wrote to the company asking them if they could fix and they wrote back quickly saying they would re-do my order Except all they did was an actual re-print but they didn t FIX the issue so now I have 10 calendars that look exactly the same and they still look bad So needless to say I WILL NOT be ordering from this company again What a shame because they did reply promptly which I appreciated but they did not fix the problem

Ordered an expensive what I thought was a canvas enlargement but instead I received the print in what looks like a very large thin plastic cutting board with a hole in each corner that goes right through the front of the print Apparently I misread the fine print as I was told when I contacted their customer service or lack there of because it s supposed to look cheap and have four holes through it and they will not be redoing it even though the template and order confirmation of the print looked nothing like this No signs of holes anywhere This was supposed to be my big gift to my husband for Christmas instead I will donate it to a non profit or something though I m sure they won t want it either I m so upset and disappointed and will no longer be using optimal or recommending them for any of their services Back to Shutterfly I goOrder number 27591690Gave this number to customer service and again no helpUpdate Nov 23 I did not receive the email you claim you sent

Terrible quality Colour bleed Poor image colour and quality Definitely not soft touch matte I m embarrassed to send out this Christmas Beware

Their website is impossible to use on mobile Little did I know they have an app which is likely a better experience In the end my order was messed up because their website is so difficult and I kept having to reload it to get it to work They refused to support me even though I contacted them after the order was made

I ve been a loyal Optimalprint customer for years but this Christmas my experience was disappointing Despite paying for shipping and receiving an expected delivery date the cards didn t arrive After numerous checks with the tracking number and no updates I contacted customer service It took two days for approval to reprint after a week of delays I received the reprint yesterday and today the original order arrived The tracking showed it wasn t picked up until three days ago Why wasn t this checked and why the delay and approval process for the reprint Urgency and expedited service could have improved this situation
