Image in designer is different than print I ordered place cards that appear to be blank cards with names however when I received them they had a design printed on the back I sent this to the customer service chat agent and was told too bad that is what you ordered I would not recommend this company for print services based on this

The Optimalprint website and App fail to let you know when a product is out of stock It is not until after you have spent several hours designing your product and try to order it that you get a cannot complete this order message which doesn t tell you why Eventually after several online help chats you find out your product is out of stock and no-one can tell you when it will be in stock My particular item has been out of stock for over a month Meanwhile attractive discount promotions have lapsed

when my order arrived I was disappointed The size of the photos on the card are too small In making the Christmas card there should have been a warning that the size of the images is too small You need to wear reading classes to see the pictures of my kids I requested a reprint or refund using the chat contact me function A bot responded back but no one has contacted me to solve the issue I would really need a phone number I can call to discuss the issue related to my order

I ordered 40 aluminum prints and nearly all of them showed up scratched dented or bent Not to mention the actual images printed are fairly low quality looking

Change printhouses on customers One order can be 20 shipping and then when I reordered the same order the shipping was now 232 on the same 50 product order This is not right Inconsistent they don t ship their own products Try to get you to join the plus membership by ridiculously quoting the shipping I live in the same country I don t know why shipping is 232 on 50 products InsaneReply to customer service here is ONE of my order numbers 28186455 I did NOT place an order with shipping of 232 and I did speak to your chat agents Had over an hour conversation of me asking why my last order was free shipping and this one is so high them saying they can t help me because it s a different peint house and they have no control over the shipping cost She also was justifying how 232 shipping is reasonable on a 50 order You can go ahead and check the chat Update haven t recieved any email from customer service I have checked spam folder too No resolution

I uploaded a high resolution photo to be blown up on a 20x24 canvas the quality turned out terrible and blurred The other smaller stretched canvases I had made were poorly put together I had FOUR items missing I ve been trying to contact customer service and nobody will answer me These were Christmas gifts Dissappointinggg

35 Overnight price increaseWas preparing photos for a Christmas photo book The price with discount was 27 Periodically I checked the website to make sure prices hadn t changed I stopped worrying when I saw a banner that said all specials would be in effect until Christmas Eve Today Dec 21 when I uploaded my photos the price had increased to 36 - a 35 increase This is a clear violation of the commitment to freeze their prices until Christmas Eve I m not happy and I will be wary of Optimalprint in the future

Maybe learn to proofread the cards before you send them out My cards were so embarrassing to hand out to family and friends with write out on them Optimal print reached out to me and we resolved our problem I totally appreciate the response they gave me and will try them again in the future

Absolutely terrible customer service I created a project in the app but wanted to edit it on the computer My project will not show up on my computer account I contacted customer service and sent in some follow up info I never heard back from them I contacted them again and never heard back I have used Optimalprint in the past but never will again I highly recommend looking elsewhere

It took so long to get it shipped the quality of the pictures we not as good as i thought it would be Honestly for this price i would ve prefered a better print quality and less time on shipping
