I liked the speed of delivery I purchased a membership for Optimalprint mainly for the free delivery benefit I was ready to make my purchase of 50 calendars and was disappointed to find out I could only order 5 calendars at a time or face the delivery charges again despite the membership and promise of free delivery I began ordering 5 calendars at a time and was again disappointed to find the price of the calendars take a significant price hike between orders to the point where I was not able to afford the 50 units I had originally budgeted for I was left with a being duped feeling

Had calendars made The end product looked quite nice The process of getting there was very frustrating however My first issue was many of my photos weren t uploading which I eventually figured out meant the file sizes were too large I think though it didn t mention a max file size anywhere that I saw Then even though I regularly saved my work at one point I don t know what I did but the photos on the entire calendar shuffled and went into new spots and I had to basically start because it wouldn t let me go back to a previously saved version I was also hoping to add some text on some of the pages which I was unable to do Finally compared to Vistaprint which I have used in the past the templates here do not let you modify and customize You can only choose one template which is applied to every month With Vistaprint you can change how many photos are used on every month the pages are not double sided and you can change the background colour or texture on every page for greater variety and flexibility I went with Optimalprint because the calendars were on sale for a good price but otherwise I have found Vistaprint to be a superior platform

I ve had good experience printing form this website in the past but the Christmas cards I just received were not good The images were very grainy and the colours were off

Price is very competitive Print and shipping of my calendars was very fast Communication was great unfortunately my pictures are cropped on the right side and not centered

I totally misunderstood he sizing Couldn t really figure it out thought the calendars would be larger They are very nice and good quality although much smaller than I thought they d be The size listed must of been for the calendar when opened flat I thought they d be bigger

The program was easy enough to make the card etc which I appreciated but I was disappointed in the darkness of the picture once I received the cards The picture was quite a bit brighter on my screen at home Not sure why this happened

The ordering process was simple receiving the product took a little longer than stated Upon opening my package I was disappointed as some of the cards were bent on the edges The cards should be wrapped better for shipping

Update- I revised rating from 1 to 3 stars as I finally did receive the order and I m very happy with the quality of the cards They need to rethink their relationship with Purolator as they were both pointing fingers at each other regarding the lost shipment Original post There s no one live to talk to troubleshoot why my order has not yet been dispatched Even after I request live support on chatbox I m told they cannot call me back to answer my questions And the chat convo appears to be with someone live but in the end it s just more AI assist powered by an AI company LAIYE It s been 10 days since order and a week since ETA and I still have no idea what s happened to my holiday card order

I ordered two 20x28 inch posters and was very disappointed in the quality The paper it is printed on is very quick to get wrinkled creased and it feels like it can rip very easily For the price I paid I was expecting better I hung them in frames and you can see the creases in the poster just from putting them in the frames

The product that I received was as I had ordered but the shipping process was less than ideal There appeared to be a glitch with the shipping notifications but Optimalprint s customer support was very helpful in clearing things up for me Overall I am satisfied with my experience
