Moved to the France couple of months ago and decided to try Orange mobile Been disappointed Bad connection in the north part of my city Also there where situations where connection had been lost at all Think i ll try some other company instead

I had to work for one month in paris at home I tested first the 30min wifi from orange it was fast available and it worked great After the test worked well i bought the 30 day ticket and it was a pain in the as5 It was super slow and it kicked me out every hour So I had to log in again with a super long password If you really need internet THIS IS NO REAL SOLUTION

Very slow

Am not a client of Orange but when I was in France my phone switched to Orange and it was almost impossible to do anything on the internet Don t recommend

Worst internet provider ever You subscribe to an internet bundle of 60GB and it doesn t even last a week despite the fact I only use it on my mobile The internet is also very slow I can t even play pug mobile without it lagging a lot They should fix their service

I recently used Orange as my mobile provider while on vacation in France Overall I would rate my experience as just okay One thing that was frustrating was that the customer service was not very helpful when I had issues with my service I found it difficult to get in touch with a representative and when I finally did they were not able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction Additionally the coverage was not always reliable I found that I had difficulty making calls or using data in certain areas which was inconvenient Overall while Orange may be a decent choice for someone living in France I would not recommend it for tourists who are just visiting There are likely better options out there

shoved us on a new deal we dont want and charge for it

trying just to make my scart tv work - got the livebox 5 which should be part of ny livebox 2013 deal but the guy at the store Ra buteau jsut shoved us on a UHD deal - but I don t have UHD tv in fact I don t care about the tv opart at all so maybe will just mve to a different provider oh and they charged me for connecting me to UHD deal I dodn t want presumably the shop guy gets a bonus now I am just trying to figure out how to cancel the whole contract and be done with them Num ro de compte 713221622

I ve purchased a sim card sans

I ve purchased a sim card sans engagement only for my European trip It turned out that they charge 30 euro if you enter Switzerland like it is non-European country and if you forget to top up the card for one day ok it is my fault but anyway they just kill it and it is impossible to restore the phone number somehow and they do not warn you that only one day left or smth like that In general I consider it not user friendly
