Never used any one else

i have been with orange for ever they never lte me down and there Customer service dept is better than all the others

Slow internet

For years I was getting internet speeds of between 30 to 36 but then speeds came down to 4 to 10 A phone call to Orange English help line answered in 2 minutes got the speed back and a phone call 2 days later was promised and that arrived on time The speed had dropped again and an engineer called next day Replaced old wiring and I now get Speeds of 50 to 60 Could not have wished for a more efficient service

I ve been Orange client for 22 years

I ve been Orange client for 22 years now and have had a positive experience throughout From setting up of our ADSL service in 2001 to installing fiber in 2021 Always helpful customer service trying and eventually resolving my problem rather quickly Have never been overcharged the technicians always called back at the agreed hour So this is just to to say - it s NOT always as bad as those unfortunate customer who have had such awful experience with this provider are saying

I have had to use Orange France s customer services twice in the last year - both in relation to the internet at my holiday home First when my Livebox suddenly gave up last autumn I took it to the nearest Orange shop and they gave me a new one without any administrative tedium at all then this Saturday the internet wouldn t connect and I called Orange with some trepidation given that I don t really speak french AND the contract is in my father s name The call was answered within 2 rings I explained my problem and was transferred to the technical department who ran some tests on the line confirmed there was a fault and told me that it would be fixed the next day despite it being a Sunday in the afternoon and that I would not be charged nor did I need to be home because the fault was not inside my property by 1pm the next day the internet was up and running and Monday morning at 10am the technician I had spoken to called to check that everything was to my satisfaction Having suffered the travesty that is UK customer services banks telecoms you name it for many years I pretty much had a cardiac event at this level of efficiency and helpfulness I could NOT be more impressed

It is so wonderful to know that I am not alone in awe atThe bad customer service at Orange I rang the number given me at the Tulle shop I tried 3 times to make a RDV to switch to fibre Each time I was asked for my phone number I have a landline with them They all told me that I could not arrange a RDV unless I Have a french mobile phone One of the kinder one said don t you have a friend with a french mobile phone One just hung up In general I have noticed that if I dress up ie wear my Burberry raincoat Portobello market 12 pounds I seem to get more respect What does this say about the french I wonder Reading about the difficulties of others I feel I have got off lightly Perhaps what is needed is for the french equivalent of the Monopolies Commission to look at Orange s domination of the market Thanks everyone for your energy
