Sent us Cracked Tiles and Refuse to Provide Compensation
Just received our beautiful tiles however many of them had cracks in them and were sup par quality After contacting with your customer service they have told us that this is a natural occurence and will not do anything to compensate or replace them We paid top dollar prices for these tiles and therefore expect only the best Why should we have received b and c grade tiles with cracks These tiles would no way be used in a kitchen floor or any floor as it is an extremely noticeable crack We are utterly dissapointed with your customer service and the fact that you won t even replace the tiles that have cracks or compensate us Interestingly you don t see any of these tiles on your website or your Instagram Please avoid this company

Awful customer service and late
Awful customer service and late delivery We ordered and paid up front for tiles with a delivery timeline of 6 weeks We were given no warning that half the order would not arrive in the committed timeframe When our project manager followed up she was misled about the status of the order and told different things on different days When my husband followed up he was also told conflicting information The only member of staff we could all get hold of was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic- and appeared not to know what was happening with the order In the end we had to arrange for collection of the tiles from the warehouse ourselves- in order to get them quicker than stersj sten could manage By this point we had lost all faith that any promised delivery date could actually be relied upon We eventually got the tiles on site 16 days late The impact on our renovation project was costly- particularly the fact that we had planned a large team of people around the incorrect information from stersj sten sterj stens have not apologised nor compensated us for the impact of the 16 day delay Hugely disappointed
