Overtone has gone completely downhill

I have been using overtone for almost 7 years on and off I used to go through a tub a week for a few years and was fine with the investment as it helped keep my salon dyed fantasy colors vibrant To say they have destroyed an incredible product is putting it lightly The products are completely different now than they used to be I currently can t even get them to tell me why my package that shipped on Feb 1st hasn t left the processing facility and I have requested a refund I had to order extra outside of my subscription because the quality of the colors they sent were terrible and different than normal There are plenty of great color conditioners out there I will not be continuing to waste my money on overtone

Pricey product and company hides all discounts until the second you ve completed a purchase Then it floods you with discounts that you can t use because you already spent twice your budget Edited after Overtone reply 3 11 24 could you share details of when and how your customer support team reached out to me I have no record of that

Paid for overnight shipping week later still waiting

Paid for overnight shipping still waiting for the delivery to even start I ve been waiting a week and the shipping label just keeps saying it s being created and has not moved in shipping process from Romeoville Illinois since I placed my order in January PLEASE refund my expedited shipping fees since not overnight or within 2-3 business day window If I cannot get my order at all then I need a full refund this has never happened with my overtone orders before and I m quite frustrated

oVertone just isn t what it used to be

I used to use oVertone color in 2019 2020 The color was beautiful vibrant and lasted quite a while for being a semi-permanent solution At least two-three weeks Now The color lasted less than a week before it completely washed out of mine and my daughters hair It didn t even feel as soft as it used too Definitely a waste of time and money

If there is ever an issue they will ghost you

I spend over 50 every time I buy conditioner from Overtone and I love the products I buy from them ATLEAST 3 times a year BUT this past experience will be my last My containers weren t sealed and had leaked out I emailed them expecting a refund or new unopened conditioners It s been over a week with no response MY daughters and I love the colors but we can t use opened products This isn t how you treat loyal customers At this point I just want my money back but apparently they don t have time to reply I know I m just one customer but it s my four daughters niece and myself That is 6 customers who used 6 different conditioners

Disappointed

I only received part of my order I ordered brown and silver and only received silver I emailed customer service and never received a reply I haven t used the silver yet as I wanted to start with the brown and let my hair grow out a bit first extremely disappointed in this company

Product didn t work for me now my credit is ruined

Product didn t work for me then tried to retroactively charge me for shipping fee months later I was put in collections for this and it has impacted my credit When I called to have this resolved justifiably upset over the immense stress and issues this has caused I was hung up on and my number blocked They have still not responded to my BBB complaint A genuinely disgusting company with terrible business practices No regard for the damage they cause to a chronically ill and disabled person s life I was already struggling and now my credit is impacted over a 20 delivery charge YOU requested to be sent to me Shame on you

No longer works on my hair after 6 yrs

I ve been using Overtone for maybe 6 yrs but the past couple of times I ve purchased my regular colors they have not worked I have lightened blonde hair that s toned down and typically the pastel pink and purple stick very very well but not the past two times I m wondering if they ve changed the formula
