Copper color

Copper color left my hair extremely yellow It didn t wash out after several washes I had to go to my hair dresser to fix it which took a long time I ve used the silver gray purple tones and I ve never had an issue like this before

Returning customer My daughter wanted to add some pink and purple to her hair for her birthday We had added pink before from overtone This time the pink was a pale pink not the dark vibrant it was last time and washed put completely It left absolutely no color The purple left the faintest watercolor of wash She has dirty blonde hair There should have been no problem I m grateful my tub also came out unscathed with dye The only thing that got any dye and stayed was the little bit that got on my bathroom counter in my frustration seeing it was doing nothing Used as recommended dry hair and left for 20 minutes Waste of money

Didn t do anything

I ordered the vibrant magenta overtone and was excited to put some pops of color in my hair When I opened the container the color looked light pink I proceeded to apply the whole sample size to my hair left it in longer than the suggested time and still saw no difference when I washed it out I m super disappointed

Pictures aren t accurate

The picture is not accurate at all As soon as I opened the product the color was a light pink color but I tried to use it anyway All it did was condition my hair and it does smell good but no color deposit at all I followed directions and even left the product on for longer than recommended because I have thick hair I used three of these to fully cover my hair still nothing

It lasts for no time is barely pigmented makes your hair greasy and is ridiculously overpriced Even if it were incredible hair dye that lasted a long time 37 with a sale applied is way too much

For 50 I would expect the product to do SOMETHING It didn t deposit color anywhere but my skin my hair was unchanged I even processed my hair to lighten it before using the product and it didn t deposit any color at all Absolutely awful

It is clear that overtone has reduced

It is clear that overtone has reduced the amount of pigment in the vibrant magenta over the last 6 months It is now pastel and provides zero coverage I have used this color since it came out and the other pink before that You are cheating your customers as it now takes 3-5 applications to get coverage on my shoulder length bleached hair The last time I thought it was a fluke but this batch is even lighter than the last one

BEWARE Sneaky checkout practices

Ordering from this company was a nightmare as they bombard you with pop-up pages of items to add to cart while trying to checkout This company added an unnecessary tracking service without displaying the charge anywhere in the cart I only saw the fee AFTER my card was charged When you decline tracking you get a pop up warning saying they cannot guarantee proper shipping unless this option is checked Only after your card is charged do you see this scam I will never purchase from this company again as this is shady unethical crap
