Amazing cars and great service

I have had many cars over the years and until I bought a mini I have never had the sam make of car twice i loved my petrol Mini Cooper and when Rhys contacted my about the mini electric I did it hesitate and booked an appointment for a test drive the car blew me away and we placed an order immediately So far we have purchased 3 minis from north Oxford mini and I m sure we will buy more again in the future The sales process is so simple and easy and there is no pantomime and false promises like we had to endure with other car dealerships The sales team are brilliant and the service department are great too I recommend anybody looking to buy a mini to visit here

Katie was friendly knowledgeable and professional My purchase was straightforward and quick and she went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly This is my first experience here and I shall be back for all servicing and advice in the future The waiting area was spacious and so waiting for a service or MOT would ensure overall comfort and Wi-Fi on IPhone was excellent So overall a 5 experience for me

Recently bought a second mini from North Oxford Mini Rhys Lines who sold my wife and I the car allowed us to take the car out for a test drive on our own for about an hour there was no pressure to buy just see how we felt about the car in the that time we decided to buy the car Rhys was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and talked us through all the options and we picked up the car a week later after they had check the car over Unfortunately we found that there was a fault with the car a week later Rhys had a drive of the car and he agreed something was not right we booked the car in with Reggie again very help for investigation and was found to have a worn bush the the front drivers side and they loaded us a car while they fixed under warranty and we picked it up the next day All in all apart from the slight hiccup with the bush a rather pleasant and carefree experience They have a very good team at North Oxford Would highly recommend them for a car purchase

Probably the most pleasurable car purchase I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars I really was impressed with the dealership and the non-pressured environment certainly worth the 170 mile round trip Simon really is an asset to Mini and your dealership he was knowledgeable friendly professional approachable and most importantly a really nice chap to deal with 10 10 Thank you Simon and Oxford Mini
