I purchased Palleon and its add-ons on Codecanyon expecting a reliable product and continued support However to my shock the company removed Palleon from Codecanyon without any prior notice leaving their customers in the dark Here s the message they sent me Palleon and its add-ons are no longer available on Codecanyon Once a file is permanently removed from Envato the item can no longer be offered for download For this reason you should download your files immediately after purchase For more information This is utterly unacceptable and deceptive They ve abandoned their customers by removing the product from Codecanyon without offering a proper way to continue using or updating the software There was no communication beforehand no effort to support users after the removal and no way to access updates or fixes for any issues Palleon has acted in a fraudulent and irresponsible manner They took my money and then removed the product from the platform leaving me with no access no future support and no updates This is nothing short of a scam I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Palleon They have proven they don t care about their customers once they ve secured the sale and their unethical practices reflect that they are not to be trusted I m in the process of filing formal complaints and will be exploring legal options if this issue is not resolved promptly

Abandoned customer from codecanyon I reached out for support and they never responded All downloads from code canyon are missing and we now have to pay again to use their service The app itself was buggy anyway I had returned with hopes that the developers had fixed it but after staying when I bought all 4 versions of their software without any type of explanation or incentive to win my business when they quietly left the platform with no notifications to its former customers I have come to a conclusion that this is the absolute worst and untrustworthy company you will ever come across Use Zakeke instead Sure its a little more complex but at least you have support Hire out what you dont know how to do and build your dream website
