On 2 seperate occassions I had an appointment with parker and sons They did a no call no show When I complained I was told that I would be get a 3 month credit but instead they charged me like normal for crappy service When I called about it again I was lied to again Thanks for the lies Parker and Sons

Do your homework Tech Said the best options were 13 000 - 20 000 replacement and didn t check using gauges and didn t verify that the 1 reason Over 80 of the time a clogged air filter wasn t the issue Stated leak detection was 3 4 of the cost of a new A C Which is a lie Do your homework Any company can have a bad apple

Parker Sons are 100 scam artists their tech s are paid on commission They told me my NEW A C unit needed 1 900 in repairs to get it working again then a honest company came out it was only a 50 part to fix DO NOT USE PARKER SONS

MASSIVELY OVER CHARGED

If I could give a no stars I would We ve had nothing but problems from the time the techs putting in our a c last year them getting into a fight in our driveway and leaving a big hole in our ceiling where the old furnace was to excuse after excuse and then the tech that was to come out to check and do the yearly maintenance He called and said he was about 30 minutes away 3 hours later he was still a no show He never called to say he was running late and never heard from the company on what happened We are done

Extremely expensive

That quoted me 1 250 to replace 8 smoke detectors I dis it myself for 130 Also quoted me 2 500 for a breaker box restoration that after another bid I was told it s not due for another 5 years and to do it would cost 1 000 Now I question every other thing they have upsold me because I needed it They also changed pricing on me upon arrival to flush my watter heater As a plan member it would be an extra 500 so I called a local company and they did it for 200 I don t trust them any more and looking for a new company Also a local company told me that thier technicians get a commission on what the can sell you on at the time of service

DON T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY

I needed a kitchen drain cleaned They sent out a person to run a snake which cost 400 He recommended that I have a camera in the line to check for more grease There was quite a bit of grease left in the line I was told that it needed to be jetted and that if I did the camera fee would waived 400 for the camera and 1100 for the jetting They did not waive the camera fee and I spent 1800 to have the drain cleaned Even if they had waived the camera fee it still would have cost 1400 This kind of gouging is why inflation is so high A company should make a reasonable profit but this is terrible I need to find a new plumbing company

Do not hire these guys DISHONEST

DON T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY You will definitely be taken advantage of I have never been as frustrated with a company as I am with Parker and Sons I had a new AC installed 3 5yrs ago and purchased the Extended cover all parts Warranty This AC cost 10 000 00 My friends have had their AC replaced between 6- 7k If it hadn t been 115 degrees we would have shopped around but they offered us 2 mobile AC units until install day At the time we were told that we needed insulation at 2100 00 more which we did We have done our 6mo service calls religiously and today my tech informs me that my coils need to be cleaned and of course there is a charge What about the Warranty Doesn t seem to cover this Tech who is a salesperson cut me a deal for 378 to clean 2 coils down from over 1000 I wanted my water reverse osmosis filters changed included in warranty and of course that couldn t be done because my water pressure regulator was not working properly 875 Was told that if I didn t clean my coils and the compressor or condenser went it probably would not be covered Every time they walk in my house it costs hundreds of dollars Every time I speak to a tech they apologize for the Sales People who gave me misinformation This is a greedy Sales not customer-oriented company I WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Bad business waste of a day

Do not hire these guys Here s what they do They will not quote you they will show up and force you to pay 79 just for showing up if they use the tool they will always pull out a screwdriver and force you to pay 79 bucks but the 79 bucks applies to the repair or installation Then they quote you based on what they feel they can get away with Yes that s what they do they look at the customer and they say I wonder what we can get from this guy That s scam artist that s dishonest that s horrible do not hire these folks they are just look at the reviews they re horrible that is dishonest I don t know how they can look in the mirror

Unreliable

We called them She said it would be 400 an hour They said they would send a leak technician out waited all day never called never came The problem seems to be they are working on volume and they just do not care Let s hope 10x10x10 word of mouth works because I will surely tell everyone I know about this company within a day I guess your Average Joe is far less than average
