The property sold had been used for rental and there had been 4 agreed sales 3 that fell through in just over 1 year In addition the solicitors recommended by the agent were closed down so there was a lot of tension about buyer 4 Wendy kept on top of the progress and kept in regular proactive contact with the buyer their solicitor and estate agent and my newly appointed solicitor She kept me appraised of developments and was aware of the issues at each stage Prior to this phase it had been dificult to speak with the progression team and Angela in the office had been very helpful I think it very prudent for your firm to retain and reward Wendy in the interests of achieving customer satisfaction and providing experience commitment and sensitive motivation to advancing sales
