Absolutely not professional and by far worst auction firm which I have had to deal with it Cosidering I have bought house previously in auction I have been misled by the Pattinson by not providing the necesary documents related to the house considering the 6k of fee which they are getting I ll add I have emil to the firm As requested on google reviews by them Unless they re going to pay the money which I spent

Our buyer had backed out from our purchase on 22nd November 2024 which we were told by the Stockton branch that s the purchaser was going to reinstate her solicitor on Monday this week despite our solicitor telling us on the 22nd that they had backed out The estate agent made us wait until Friday this week 28th November when I phoned the office before I was able to speak to her saying our solicitor had had a further letter to her enquiry on the 28th Nov to confirm our purchasers had indeed withdrawn from the purchase of our property The purchasers solicitors could not understand why there had been a conflict of information Why we had to hold on for another week without any explanation from the estate agent is disgusting They even had me in the office with paperwork for two hours on Friday 22nd probably knowing at that time the purchasers had backed out They never return a phone call They had no communication as such with our solicitor us or the sellers agent we were buying from Promised phone call never returned We had a viewing from a prospective buyer who didn t turn up I rang the office they said they would contact them The buyer turned up 40 minutes late They had no call from Pattersons to ask why they were running late or if they were attending at all even after they had been with us for an hour nothing by way of communication

Cramlington Office - Awful Customer ServiceI recently rented a property through this branch They were unprofessional lacking empathy and didn t seem to know what they were doing I was messed around a number of times when it finally got to the day I was told I would 90 chance be moving on They hadn t checked any references and I didn t even up getting keys til 3pm With 3 very young kids I did start to worry that I wouldn t have anywhere to sleep as I had packed up most of my belongings Yet they couldn t have cared less and clearly didn t want to help Especially Katherine - she needs some training on customer service Considering her job is customer facing

Pattinsons are Utter Cowboys and blatant Fraudsters I was stupid enough to use them Never Again

Now had two negative experiences first they put a property on the website I rang within an hour of seeing it to be told the renter had bought it Why put it on the website if this is the case Secondly had a viewing booked at a property at 10am today to be rang at 9am to say it was cancelled and that the property had sold Not given any opportunity to bring the viewing forward only gave one other option to view which we couldn t make I am now reluctant to look at any property which pattinsons are marketing

This company is a complete disaster and are heartless avoid at all cost They deceived me into moving into a mould infested house they painted it so that I wouldn t know Few days after moving in the mould started showing I snapped pictures and even did a video to them I had two toddlers at home who were reacting to this mould even my hubby kept sneezing We had to leave since they couldn t do anything about it Aside the mould we met so many rubbish in the garden attic and behind the fence apparently the last tenant dropped all those things they made no attempt to remove them I still spent 500 to throw away the rubbish Now they have refused to return my withholding deposit this is just sheer wickedness Avoid this company at all cost

Absolutely diabolical service to say the least They only call and respond when they are due their fees and after that not a single peep from them I have been calling emailing the agent and online via the portal and not a single person responds They are highly rude to my solicitors and to her team I would avoid at all costs as their professionalism does not exist and for the sum of the auction fees it s an embarrassment Save yourselves from this experience

Caution of Pattinson online auction Any one buying property through Pattinson online action should take extra caution The property we bidded for online auction the proprietor registered on land registry and the seller are different We have lost all our deposit money and auction fees including legal costs Anyone trying to buy property auctioned with this company be extremely cautious It s easy to say don t try because you could lose all your money

Would not recommend Off personal experience so many issues we have had from day one and will be leaving this company as soon as we can

Have tried to view a property through Patinsins for the past 5 weeks The office staff never return calls or are capable of setting up a viewing I have now read the reviews and they are so bad I will not be pursuing any property with this company Far too unreliable and unprofessional
