I found the office to be dealing with our sale to be very helpful especially Nicola Vicarage who dealt with our sale from start to finish Nicola called me weekly to keep me up to date with proceedings she was excellent at chasing up other parties- especially solicitors who weren t very good at getting back to us Nicola was very helpful friendly and professional

The 4 stars are almost solely for Maria Cires She kept in constant touch throughout the whole process keeping me informed There were several considerable delays during this and Maria was extremely patient explaining why and doing as much as she was able to do to move things along The fees are substantial but I feel Maria went above and beyond her normal job role to help us get to the house we had chosen She was always on the end of the phone or email and would always respond quickly to any query I had She was also one of the only people during the last 7 months to keep me relatively calm and sane and helped reassure me at certain times This has been a ridiculously and unnecessarily stressful experience but Maria has helped hugely in trying to minimise this as much as she was able to I would fully recommend her to anyone I know wishing to sell or buy as they would be in more than safer hands with Maria

The agents at Pattinson s have been so friendly during our search for a rental property They have been accommodating and considerate of our circumstance moving from Edinburgh to Newcastle Which has made the process of finding a tenancy less stressful I have kept in contact with one agent in particular Jessica who has been fab at keeping me updated with each property

I have a property that is fully-managed by Pattinsons and l have been with them for 4 years now The sales team in head office is excellent in that they always updated me on any information and l was quite pleased with their speed in finding tenants for me However l had one really bad experience that happened during lock-down The next door neighbour alerted the branch in Bedlington that the smoke alarm was ringing at 9-10am after the tenants had just moved out and the staff rung me while l was at work I was a pharmacist and as a healthcare worker l was at work full-time despite there was a lock-down The staff said that she can t open branch to get to the keys to switch off the alarm as being in lock-down although the laws

The Forest Hall branch were excellent especially Donna who had to deal with the sellers solicitor Bindman of Gateshead At times I did not think our purchase would complete but with her patience and great communication between the seller and solicitor we eventually completed even though this was later than we hoped Thanks to Donna Joanne and Paula

I have been using this agency to find a property They have been very proactive in sending me properties within my price range and area specified Also been quick acting when I have wanted to arrange a viewing This is to Claire in particular thank you for listening to my needs and acting in accordance However all other staff I have interacted with have been just as friendly and professional So even if I don t end up finding my home with you I thank you massively for the help and care so far

My experience with Pattinson was great Although it started slow but on review Helen Widdowson was understanding and supportive and in fact managed to bring a buyer in within a week s time which was amazing Thank you Helen and team for getting us sold and move into our new nest Happy days and best wishes Rebecca Gill

Pattinsons auction was not to be faulted The live auction had me kept up to date through phonecalls and made everything easy Especially when agreed to close the auction early on my property But DO NOT USE their solicitors Bridgeview Law This isnt really against pattinsons as so I ve been told they are under review by them But get your own solicitor and the process will be completed as easy as ever
